LINEN
This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours.
