This recently renovated retreat in the heart of Hillsboro offers comfort, style, and convenience all in one. Located just about a mile from downtown Hillsboro, Tuality Community Hospital, and the Hillsboro Airport, the home provides easy access to everything the area has to offer. With the MAX light-rail station only three blocks away, you’ll have direct connections to downtown Portland, the Portland International Airport, and the entire metro region.



Step inside and you’ll immediately notice the care and thoughtfulness that went into the complete renovation. From the fresh paint and modern appliances to the brand-new furniture and tasteful decor, everything has been curated to create a bright, clean, and relaxing environment. This single-level duplex offers two comfortable bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen. The full bathroom has also been completely remodeled, featuring a crisp, modern design. In the living room, the sofa converts to a spacious sleeping surface, slightly larger than a queen-size bed, making the home perfect for families or small groups.

Quaint little property in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and accommodations were adequate as we were only there in the morning and night to shower and sleep. Communication with the host was exceptional and i felt like i could’ve got a hold of them at any time if needed. No central air with 2 window units available. One in kitchen and one in the bedroom with the king bed, however, there were 2 box fans available if needed. Definitely needed in the queen bedroom as it gets warm in there. Roku available with apps to stream if you’re there to watch some tv as you wind down. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay

Our 10 night stay was very comfortable. The place was nicely renovated, spacious, well maintained and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked making meal prep easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

The property was great for our short stay. Check in and checkout were easy. It was well stocked with everything we needed. This was probably the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. We would stay here again for future trips to Hillsboro.

This was in close proximity to our family who we were there to visit, so that was a plus. Various shops were also close by. The bed and pillows were very comfy, and the large screen TV, washer & dryer all a huge plus. Plus it was nice to have a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was supplied. We had pretty much everything we needed. Only thing I would mention is a shortage of wash cloths. There were only 2 total for the both of us while we're accustomed to each using 1 a day. But purchasing an inexpensive loofah sponge was sufficient. A reviewer mentioned the train nearby, but I was expecting a freight train. We're not used to public transportation where we live and public transit is so much quieter. So that not an issue. Always carry ear plugs! Thanks for a great stay!

Great fit!

Hubby and I spent 5 nights visiting son, daughter in law & grandkids. Clean, lovely layout for the two of us, nice quiet location & only 12 mins to our family. Nicely equipped and will return again!

Clean home, very comfortable beds!!

Very cozy, clean duplex with comfortable beds. Kitchen was equipped with many cooking & baking essentials you could need. The only recommendation i would suggest is for the shower a removable shower head.

Cute & comfy home

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little home. It had everything we needed and then some! The kids had fun playing with the puzzles & card games provided by the home owner. One of the sinks had trouble, but staff responded quickly and resolved it as soon as they could. Thank you for sharing this great place to stay!

This space is clean and comfortable. Great walking distance to the TriMet Max train stop to get you into Portland very easily.The neighborhood is very residential so it's a bit separate from a lot walkable areas. And sometimes you hear more from the neighbors but there was not a lot of late night activity in the area.Property manager checked in via electronic avenues to make sure everything was going well.

Any time an issue arose, the property management group responded promptly and were able to efficiently solve the problem. Great accommodations. Two things, of note, that I overlooked when booking: you do not get access to the garage for parking (though you have a driveway for off-street parking) and the kitchen doesn’t have a garbage disposal, which becomes a hassle for long-term stays. Even with those minor compromises, the service iTrip provided earns this location 5 stars.

Don’t stay here

Totally misrepresented. Neighborhood extremely shetchy with junk cars and other indicia of a dangerous situation in the making. Did not even go in the facility and kept on driving. Price not close to justify anything.

Dwight, this review is very surprising. We believe it is unfair to leave a review based on the surroundings which are beyond our control. You did in fact check in to the unit and stating otherwise is false. We are confident our other reviews will give a true honest account as to what our guests can expect when staying with us. Just to quote a few; "Very cozy, clean duplex with comfortable beds. " "It was well stocked with everything we needed. " "Very nice, clean and adequately supplied, i.e. towels and dishes etc. " "The place was nicely renovated, spacious, well maintained and very clean."
