You can expect an oasis in the middle of the city; you're close to everything but yet secluded as if you have your private villa!

In Cozy Punta Cana we offer all you need to lighten your luggage. We are willing to help you experience a perfect trip, feeling at home while you're away.

Our apartments have a modern decoration with styles that easily integrate with the freshness and beauty of our gardens.

The two-bedroom condos have approximately 84 square meters of construction — each with a kitchen, living room and a comfortable, spacious and well-lit bathroom.

For your convenience, our rate includes electricity, water service, evening cleaning service, and high-speed internet service.

Arrival: The check-in time is at 3:00 p.m.

Departure: The check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.

The Living room has Smart TV with Netflix access, a remote-control ceiling fan with an integrated Bluetooth speaker and a lamp. The main door has a traditional key and smart key available.

The master bedroom has a cozy Californian King size bed covered with duvets and cotton sheets, enough pillows and cushions; a Reading area, a workspace, Smart TV, a safety box, air conditioning, fan, and closet.

The guest room has a double bed, just as comfortable and cozy as the main one; air conditioning, ceiling fan, and closet.

The bathroom is spacious, easily accessible, well lit. It has a shower with hot water, vanity mirror, and a hairdryer. We provide you with house use towels and pool towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a microwave oven, sandwich maker, coffee maker, a four-burner gas stove with oven, large refrigerator, pots and pans, espresso maker, blender and cooking utensils, among others.

We also have a ventilated laundry area, protected with mosquito nets and well lit. Iron and ironing board available in the apartment.

Our apartments have smoke and carbon monoxide detector.

The parking lot has security cameras for 24 hours.

The complex pool is open until 6:00 p.m. Upon your arrival, we give you a key so you can keep the door closed to preserve your privacy.

Within a few minutes walking from the complex, there are several bars, restaurants, convenience stores, beauty salons, barbershops, car washes, banks, exchange houses, car rentals, private hospitals, etc.

The nearest public beach is, El Cortecito which is about 8 minutes driving. Other recommended beaches are Bibijagua Beach, Jelly Fish, and Macao.

We recommend exchange cash to local currency (Dominican pesos) to pay the exact amount whenever you have to.
Popular Bank is about a 5 min walk from the condo. The Punta Cana Medical Center and Bavaro's Pharmacy are available at 2 min walk, and a wide variety of international medical insurance is accepted.

The Iberia supermarket is about 20 mins walk (1.6 km). It offers a great variety of products and local souvenirs at a reasonable price. For products and gifts of nationally and internationally recognized brands, we recommend Palma Real Shopping Center, San Juan Shopping Center, Blue Mall, and Downtown Mall.

To rent a car, a taxi service or an excursion, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will gladly help you find a reliable supplier in the area.

Cozy Punta Cana is located in España Avenue, Villa Caracoles Complex, Bavaro- Punta Cana.

España Avenue is Bavaro's main street and one of the most crowded in the area. It connects our condo with hotels and other business establishments. In addition to The Coral Highway, it is at only 2 minutes from us.

The Coral Highway is a significant infrastructure work for the tourism industry in the Dominican Republic. It expedites road communication between the tourist enclaves of La Romana, Bayahibe, Higüey, Punta Cana, Bavaro, Cap Cana, Macao and Uvero Alto.

In Bavaro, you can find everything you might need without wasting time in traffic.

Due to the importance of this Avenue, the local authorities always watch over it. So, without worrying too much, you can walk around, at any time.

Public transportation passes on España Avenue; it goes across Bavaro. The rate is about 1 dollar per person. Be aware that this is a busy transportation without pre-established schedules.
