They need to hang some more towel bars in the bathrooms, they have room.

Very nice place to stay. Great view of the beach. Very comfortable.

We brought our two teen girls down for a last minute beach vacation before school. The property was everything it was advertised to be. Our check-in process was a little frustrating because they gave us the wrong room information at the front desk. But once we got that straightened out things were great. I would stay again in the future.

wonderful location

had a great time, perfect location, short walk to beach, great layout to handle our group for sleeping. most attractions and restaurants we wanted were within 1 mile.

Dirty and zero communication

We showed up an hour and a half after check in time. Someone was inside “cleaning”. They said give me 5 minutes. 30 minutes later someone came up to get him and they left with a couple boxes zero cleaning supplies. The place was dirty so we spent the first two hours cleaning. An hour later someone dropped off comforters in a bag. Food on the table Hair in the tub Brown stuff on the shower curtain Spoke to property management 3 different times and each time we were supposed to get a call back and never did. Was promised compensation and never even received a call back. Was told we could check out late if we wanted as retribution. 30 minutes before checkout time another random person just walks into our room and says “oops sorry” and leaves.

Do not stay here

The owners really need to do a better job than this. I would be ashamed to own a beautiful property and to have it managed like this. - it is not cleaned properly. Dirty floors. Dirty balcony. - dryer was broke. Took two days to get it fixed. - bed linens had stains - bed linens do not fit the beds - remote controls missing batteries in two of three rooms - blue couch in living room is disgusting. Stains all over. We had to Throw a cover over it just to sit down - comforters were missing off beds at check in This unit was not worth the money. At all.

Some problems

3 TV's did not work; Guest room still doesn't. Old remotes are part of problem. Guest toilet ran. Thermostat was a problem. Living room furniture uncomfortable. Guest bathroom floor needs cleaning around baseboards. Needs updating. Beds and towels great!

Great place to stay

Needs some minor fixing up. Light bulbs need changing, garbage disposal doesn’t work. But overall nice property with upgrades and nice beach feel.

This Condo was AMAZING!!!

Absolutely LOVED this condo..highly recommend it!!! Condo is true to the pictures. The only issues we had, was the dryer really needs worked on, it makes a horrible squealing noise, other than that love, love, loved this condo!!!

Great condo

We had a great stay. Dryer needs to be replaced. We found out late in our stay that it barely dried and squealed loud enough to be annoying. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable. However in spite of those two issues, the condo was clean, the view was fabulous and the location perfect. We did not report the dryer issue because it was late in our stay but it does need to be fixed or replaced immediately. Also, a light over the dining table would be a plus. We would stay here again.

Nice and beachy

Decorated nicely, plenty of blankets and pillows. Have to say only 2 very small frying pans that have seen better days. Only 2 coffee mugs total...good thing there was only 2 of us. The unit could definitely use more spoons. View was amazing and took your breath away. Pool on beach side was being painted, as well as hot tub, but thankfully, although not as convenient , there is a pool at other tower across the street. Unit was one of the cleaner ones I have stayed at.

Totally recommend it!!!

Beachfront condo updated & very clean modern space. My family & I really enjoy staying here this is our second time we request this condo.Really enjoyed our vacation & I highly recommend it to everyone. Will definitely be coming back!

Good.

Besides the hard mattresses and worn out sofa/sleeper this could be a great condo. The decor gives you that fresh "vacation" feel but a deep clean and minor maintenance is very much needed. We had to go out and purchase a skillet to cook out bacon in. Some of the dishes had visible burnt on stains. The kitchen sink sprayer was chipped, the caulking around the tub and showers is stained and needs to be redone. Dust under the beds and artificial flower arrangements. Rusted patio furniture.

Beautiful and convenient.

Only one small issue - floors had not been cleaned. Maybe the last tenants didn't leave on time or some kind of blip. Everything else was clean.
