Easy in and out. No elevators needed! We are located on the beach with ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. In this beautiful condo, the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico are never out of your site! Views from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and balcony are incredible and constant! This unit includes Beach Chair Service! You will get two beach lounge chairs and one umbrella everyday you are here... NO additional charge! Seasonal Beach Service is offered March 1st through - October 31st..... The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs, including all new appliances, lighting, Ninja hot and iced coffee maker, Keurig and regular coffee pot are above the refrigerator. The Master Bedroom offers a king size bed with access to the gulf front balcony, 55" Smart LCD TV, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with double vanity. The 2nd Bedroom offers a king bed, full closet, and adjoining bathroom. The extra Bunk Room, has a full size bed. There is a pocket door that can be closed for privacy. There is a queen sleeper sofa, and pack and play to use if needed. All the bedrooms come with TVs ! There is also a nice 65" Smart LCD TV in the living Room .This fabulous condo is located at Celadon Beach Resort which is one of Panama City Beach's premiere family vacation spots! Celadon offers plenty of Beach Room for everybody, with no other High Rise Condos to the West. There are two great pools one is heated (seasonally), and 2-hot tubs! Other amenities include a tennis court / pickle ball court and fitness center located on the north side of the Celadon property. For those of you who love to cook outdoors, there are charcoal grills and picnic tables on the west end of the building. Celadon also offers a large conference room for business meetings, this does require a separate rental payment and is handled through the Celadon HOA.
