This beach front 3-bedroom 2 bath condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable.

This condo has newly updated bathrooms with walk in showers and wood tile floors throughout.

The condo boasts beautiful views of the ocean and incredible sunsets.

Living room features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, tile flooring, wall mounted smart flat panel TV with integrated with Wi-Fi.

Master bedroom features a beautiful king size bed and private bath, tire floors and wall mounted smart TV with internet and its own access to the balcony with gorgeous views. Open the doors at night and listen to the waves. This master has its own large ensuite master bathroom with walk in shower.

Second bedroom has luxurious queen size bed and wall mounted smart HD Flat Panel TV.

Third bedroom twin over full bunk bed and wall mounted smart HD Flat Panel TV.

Second large bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The open kitchen area has beautiful black granite counter tops with white cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. Bar three stools at the bar area add additional seating. The dining area has seating for six.

The balcony has elegant and ample seating for six and allows you to sit and admire the view. There is access to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom.

The laundry room has full size washer and dryer and shelving space for towels and other related items. There is a closet with some beach related items/toys available for your use.

A convenient Tiki bar is located between two beautiful resort pools offering cool drinks to sip while you relax poolside. One pool is heated year-round for an added upgrade to enjoy your state at any time of the year.

There are several amenities close by and on the beach. On the calypso beach front, Aquatic Adventures offers additional beach lounges and umbrellas, parasailing, jet ski rentals, dolphin tours, banana boat rides

    The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and other family activities. The girls walked to Peir Park and the stripe. Thank you for allowing us to share your home.

    Owners were great. Condo had everything you would ever need. Being so close to the Pier was so nice. Walking to dinner each night instead of driving. I’ve stated several all the places on Panama City Beach. The elevator is at those other places were very slow with long lines especially at check in and check out days. The Calypso elevators rarely ever had lines and were great.

    We had a great stay here. It is very cute and colorful. There are a lot of beach items for use (chairs, cooler, toys) which was a bonus for us. Easy to get to the beach. Cant wait to go back

    Best view & loved the location!

    This condo was perfect for our family of 6! Plenty of room for all of us. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The condo was clean when we arrived & check in process was quick and easy. We arrived a little early & texted our hosts for an early access code with zero issues! Mike & Mitzi are great to work with & we will definitely be coming back again soon! The location on this condo is perfect for a sort walk to Pier Park where we spent most of our evenings. Lots of restaurants to choose from, shopping & fun for all ages!

    Calypso Stay

    We have stayed in Panama City Beach on many occasions but have never stayed at Calypso. Location is perfect and close to everything you need. Unit was perfect for our family. Owners are attentive. We look to coming back! Thanks for a great stay

    Lovely Beach Condo

    This was our second stay here. And as before it did not disappoint. It’s a lovely coastal condo with a spectacular view of the ocean right on the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners are wonderful hosts and are great communicators. They made our stay worry-free. There are so many amenities and things to do there besides enjoying the beautiful beach and two swimming pools with ocean views. We hope to stay there again in the near future.

    Great Weekend Getaway

    We stayed for the long Labor Day weekend. Condo was as listed. Great views with current furnishing that were comfortable to all 4 adult guests. Plenty of room for additional guests to our party for our next visit, which we will use this property again. Loved having the 2 chairs/umbrella as part of our stay too. We brought our own beach items, but there were items in the condo for use as well (we know now what we don't need to bring). Highly recommend this property!

    Great condo looks exactly like the pictures. The location is the best in PCB. Owners are great and have wonderful communication. Everything you need is in the condo. They also have extra beach chairs, sand toys, and other beach items

    Wonderful Condo. Great Location.

    My family of five really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was the perfect size for all of us and our boys loved the bunk beds. Very spacious condo and beautifully decorated. Loved the beach chairs that were provided and that there was never an issue waiting for the elevators. Really liked the fact that the resort is just a short walk to Pier Park. We all had a great time and loved the condo, the resort and the location. Can't wait to get back!

    Wonderful Place to Stay

    We had never been to Panama City Beach before, but we decided to go there because of the wonderful reviews we read about this condo. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and this condo was very clean and everything was in working order. Things were updated and in excellent condition. There was plenty of room for our family of six to spread out, but also all sit together at meals or on the balcony. Because we like to make our own meals, we were glad that the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and cookware we needed. We thought the decor was tasteful and comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the master bedroom mattress was incredible. We slept so well! The Calypso Towers were very nice. There usually wasn't much wait for the elevators which were large enough for many people and gear. We could be on the beach in minutes. Our view from the 17th floor was spectacular, and we enjoyed looking out at the beach, the ocean and the sunsets over the pier. The beach chair service was such a bonus, especially when we heard how much that costs separately. Both the resort and the beach were very family friendly. Mike and Mitzi were great to work with. They were very responsive and even checked in with us to make sure all was going well. We would definitely vacation here again!

    Not what we expected

    The first couple of days were rough as far as the property goes. A few drunks staggering around alcohol everywhere and people smoking in a smoke free resort. Oh and not just cigarettes either. Get used to the nice punch of weed also, not just on the beach either all day long on the balcony and especially in the afternoon. If partying and getting a little wild is your jam then this is your spot. The property just feels really dated for its age in my opinion. The pools for tower 1-2 are really small and get crowded fast especially on double red flag days. The location is a good spot for walking to Pier Park that’s one good thing. Now on too the unit. It was okay but it did have its faults. Dirty coffee pot, mold in the coffee maker. Mold in the water dispenser on the fridge. The couch was not comfortable at all to sit on. The two living room chairs are dingy and have stains on them also the rugs in the living room could use a good shampoo. The guest rooms queen bed was not comfortable at all. I’ve slept in sleeping bags in the mountains in New Mexico that were just as comfortable. The kitchen was nice and the decorations in the unit were really nice. The master bedroom was nice but the balcony sliding door in the master wouldn’t lock I fought with it for 30 minutes until finally it locked. Overall we will not be staying at the Calypso again.

    Great condo in a perfect location!

    The condo met all our expectations based on the description and other reviews. It was clean, easy to check-in and check-out. Great location. Definitely recommend it and hope to book it again for another visit!

    Sparkling clean condo close to everything!

    We enjoyed staying here for the weekend. The booking process was easy, check-in was fast and great communication by owner. The location was great and we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning. Great way to watch the airshow!

    Awesome Views

    Condo is as stated on VRBO! It was perfect! Beautifully decorated, clean, and beautiful views! We didn’t want to leave! Kitchen was perfectly stocked with the beginning essentials! Plenty of dishes to cook with and eat with. I absolutely loved the Jellyfish like lamps they have in the living room! I looked them up because I want to buy one! I can tell you, they were not cheap! That just goes to show you that they spared no expenses to beautify their home! I was pretty scared thinking about going out on the balcony being on the 17th floor, but it was amazing to do so. Such an amazing view of the ocean! It’s heaven on earth! Mike and Mitzi were amazing too! I had trouble with the post office in their town delivering the contract. The post office failed miserably! Mike and Mitzi were very kind and understanding! All in all it was fantastic! I would definitely stay in their Condo again! I HIGHLY recommend!

    Great condo

    We stayed in this condo for spring break 2024. This condo had everything we were looking for and more. It’s in a great location just a short walk to Pier Park. The condo was very clean upon arrival and is decorated so nice! It even has a closet full of beach chairs and supplies. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with! Would definitely stay here again. Great condo!

    Wonderful in every way

    I don't normally do any reviews at all. However, I don't mind giving this condo Five stars in every way. We have been staying in PCB for well over 30 years off and on. More so in the last 20 with kids and now just me and my wife for a short weekend trip. We have had many disappointing rooms that were not what was advertised and not clean! Unfortunately, reviews don't always reveal 100% accuracy. This time spot on 5 stars all the way through. This condo is Extremely nice! Very Clean (So important), Great view from living area and master bedroom, large and roomy, super nice large bathrooms with clean and way above average showers in both baths. Overall, there are zero complaints. Mike and Mitzi were communicating from the start and all the way through to make sure we were taken care of and most of all wanted to know immediately if anything was wrong that needed their attention. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back given the opportunity.

    We are from Hendersonville, Tennessee. We have three boys and love going to the beach. This is a dream second home for us, and we enjoy sharing this with great folks that share our passion for the beach.

    This property is our second home, we stay here, we keep this unit in new condition PERSONALLY!! You will not get some cheap furniture package from 2006 here. Almost every piece of furniture has been replaced in the last two years. We just put down new tile flooring throughout and installed two walk in showers in January 2018. The floors are tiled, appliances upgraded, tv's all are HD with the living rooming having HBO basic (no demand), we just got new pillows, sheets, towels for 2018 NO UNIT WILL BE NICER at any price. We replaced the Master and 2nd bedroom furniture in November 2016. New TV in Living room and Master bed room in October 2016. The interior photos were just taken in January 2018.
