You need to spend your next Orlando vacation in Jasmine Garden. This townhome is gorgeous and modernly furnished. The home is spacious and provides enough room for everyone to have their own space.

Featured on the main level is Bedroom One: King sized bed, flat screen TV, window view of the street and private ensuite with a toilet, standup shower and sink. Living room with flat screen TV and seating, open kitchen layout with an island that seats 4. The dining area looks out into the pool area and comfortably seats 8. There is also a half bath that has pool access from it.

On the second level you will find Bedroom Two: King bedroom suite with flat screen TV and private ensuite that has dual sinks, toilet and stand up shower. This room and bathroom is considered to be the largest in the entire house, square-footage wise. Bedroom Three: King bedroom with flat screen TV and ensuite. Bedroom Four: Princess themed room that has two twin beds with a flat screen TV. Bedroom Five: Toy Story themed room that has two twin beds with a flat screen TV.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Solara Resort is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Solara Resort features resort amenities such as a huge pool, children's splash pad and interactive water slide. You will also find a fitness center, coffee & gelato café, sundry shop, and game room.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

SOLARA RESORT NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY AND EVERY ADULT TO HAVE A VALID ID. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.

The management company was quick to respond when we requested early check in and for the pool heater to be turned on. Would have loved to have a few more amenities in the home like dish towels, pool towels, salt and pepper etc. Also no where in the showers to put your bath supplies. But nothing that would make me not recommend this home to someone else! Thank you for a great stay!

The bedrooms never really get dark at night, I would recommend some light blocking shades on the windows in his bedrooms.

Review

The overall stay was good, but there were a few issues. We were notified just before we arrived that the dryer had broken and they had towels that still needed to be dried. What we found out was that the sheets on some of the beds were not dried either and had to sleep with damp bedding. The dryer was fixed for the next day though and they were very responsive about turning down the AC that was locked at a rather high heat. They kept me updated on when it would be fixed and were very apologetic. There is a bed as well that probably should be replaced as it was very lumpy and not comfortable to sleep in. I believe it was the downstairs bedroom. But overall had everything we needed, just a few snags.

Enjoyable stay but cold pool

We enjoyed the property during our 5-night stay and appreciated that the property managers were willing to adjust our reservation due to the hurricane. Pros: the property was fairly spacious for our family, clean, only 20-25 mins from Disney theme parks, responsive staff. It’s clear this is a professionally run rental. Small nits (none of these warrant lowering my rating, but worth noting for others): We either didn’t have pool heat or it was turned very low—like most people, I’ve been in hundreds of pools and this ranked as one of the coldest, even at mid-day on an 80+ degree day; we mostly used the main resort pool instead, and that was amazing. Also, they want you to keep AC at 74 or above, which I’ve never seen in a rental before. We did eventually manage to find a way to override it so we could be comfortable (my wife has a medical issue). Neither of those were huge deals for us, so it was still an enjoyable stay. All in all, I’d stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was spacious for our family of 8. It was spotlessly clean. The pool was cleaned every day. The area was quiet and the amenities on the resort were exceptional. Only complaint and for us it was a very important one. We didn’t control the AC and it was so hot in the house. It was adjusted from the office once but definitely not enough. Oh and the mattress in downstairs bedroom definitely needs to be replaced. .

Worked for us but some inconvenience

They have the nest locked at 74 which for 2 moms that is too high… the nights we cooked it got so hot and even then trying to sleep at 74 degrees we had to go buy fans…. Wifi did not work the entire time we were there … several beds need to be changed including the one with a big sink in spot in the downstairs master … if worked bc we were at Disney most of the time but def had its issues

All flash NO substance!

This property looked good online and seemed to fit our needs, but once we got there it was very apparent we were wrong. Being a VRBO host/owner, I expected something similar to my own property, but this place gave you nothing. They insisted you do the dishes yet only gave you one pack of generic dishwasher powder. You got one roll of crappy toilet paper per bathroom, but the toilets were all dirty and one had a broken seat. You only got 2 towels per person so you had to do laundry, but got no detergent and the dryer made the upstairs a sauna due to poor ventilation. They had a small pool and the resort had a great large pool, kids' splash pad, a surfing pool and a jungle gym/playground, but the company didn't supply pool towels. The couches, dining table and chairs were stained. The floors were so dirty they made my feet black. The cooking and eating utensils, the dishes and pots & pans were all gross. They didn't even have enough drinking glasses. Some of the furniture was damaged and the beds were noticeably broken and/or lumpy. Even the quilts and sheets weren't clean. There were lights either not plugged in or had no lightbulbs. They didn't provide instructions for the cable system so it took us a few days to figure it out. There were broken outlets and they locked the thermostat at 74 degrees....in FLORIDA!!! You couldn't open the windows either so we couldn't enjoy the cool breeze at night. I almost fell and broke my neck because they had no safety decals in the showers and no bath mats. In fact the ONLY safety feature they had was a fence around the tiny pool, but it wasn't even closed/locked. The ice maker was broken as well as the kitchen trash can. The internet connection was horrible. It took hours to put through a message to the management company and my son in-law couldn't get online to do a work zoom call at 10 in the morning. It was ridiculous. On top of everything else, the communication with the management company was the worst. First, I thought I rented the property through VRBO, but we found out after the final payment was charged to our credit card that we paid a vacation company. Because we weren't informed prior to the initial payment, we had no idea another company was involved. Then we had a major problem finalizing the final payment. The day before we were scheduled to leave I requested a late check-out for 1pm which cost me $85.xx. The resort was aces, but I would never recommend this property or company. STAY AWAY!!

Good not great

Overall the place was *almost* as advertised, but there were a couple of things that could have made the stay excellent instead of just ok. The good: they let us change our stay dates when my whole family came down with COVID; 3 king beds was great for our family; great location at only 20-30 min from Disney depending on traffic; nice assortment of kitchenware; good price and space. The bad: cigarette butts in the pool area, dirty plates under the dresser, dirty towels, and other things that showed it wasn’t cleaned well; the downstairs bed has some broken springs making it super uncomfortable; no blackout curtains and a street light that shines directly into 3 of the rooms. Additional minor things: no salt, pepper, oil, or other basic cooking things; lots of velvet furniture/ not kid friendly furniture; one of the bed frames was huge so I stubbed my toe about 50 times (maybe this is on me?); the wifi had lots of interference on 2.4.

This is a beautiful house in a nice resort with some good amenities!! Only thing is they could definitely use more towels! Lots more towels!

Amenities were wonderful but very very crowded.

House was very clean. Could have used mats on the slippery shower floors and places to hang towels, shampoos etc. And the construction right out side the house was a bit much at 6:45 am

Reviewer Comments: Walked into unit for the first time and it smelled like a wet dog. Monday through Friday you get to wake up at 6 am to the beeping of construction equipment all day. Don't bother sitting outside the cushions are all stained and the pool was sucking air and dirty so I filled the pool hoping it would clean up.Called the complex and they sent over a pool guy and said the pool was clean, apparently they don't clean the pool bottom. This place has plenty of room but I won't be back.

A Very Nice Place in a Perfect Location

Great experience for the family. Management was very quick to respond to minor issues regarding the pool and dryer. Only issue that we had is the same issue everyone else has had, the light coming in the front bedrooms from the street light! That was annoying for everyone! Other than that, was fantastic! Would gladly stay again!! -T

The home was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable.

It was very easy to rent this property and it was very nice. We had to reset the WiFi booster because we had no internet for the first couple of days. Also, there was a lot of garbage thrown and piled up around the property. It was taken care of.

Great house for family trips!

We went with our family and the house was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what you needed, and it was just overall well furnished. We are satisfied specially because the house is located in a place that is close to the club house and we could go there if we didn’t have any plans and it was still fun.
