It is a roomy 700 square feet with full designer kitchen, living room, lanai, bathroom, and bedroom, with its king size Serta iComfort memory foam mattress. You will enjoy the incredible panoramic ocean views from the balcony in your reclining patio chairs and large solid wood dining table. Central air assures your comfort and an in-unit washer and dryer is convenient for an extended stay. Upgrades to this condo include tile flooring throughout with cozy accent rugs. The kitchen area has been completely re-designed with warm cherry finish, solid wood cabinets and granite counter tops, providing lots of storage and meal preparation space. With new stainless steel appliances and an open concept peninsula, the functional spaces have been re-oriented, providing amazing views of the ocean while you prepare or cook your meals. A contemporary bathroom with curved glass blocks, custom shower, and a floating black granite vessel sink will amaze you. Dual flat screen TV’s, each with Blu-ray players, round off the high-end upgrades to this premier condo.

PLEASE NOTE: The Swimming Pool and Hot tub at the resort will be under repair 9/14/26 through 9/28/26. A discount has been applied to those dates as well.
