It was the perfect location for the Coast Guard Festival. The unit had everything that we needed, and a great location to be able to walk anywhere in the downtown area. The roof top access was amazing for the drone show and fireworks.

Wonderful location and experience

Loved our stay here. The condo was right on a main street but still very quiet inside. Everything was walkable and the main state park/beach was a quick drive and could even be walked. View of water show from roof was great. Host had excellent communication and was vey helpful and responsive when we left something behind. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect downtown property

Everything about this property was just as described and even better! The check-in process was easy, everything clean and felt very warm and homey. Great access to downtown and the pier and anything we wanted to do. Had a great time, we would love to return!

Birthday getaway

This was the second time we’ve stayed here, both visits were great. We enjoyed people-watching from the balcony, relaxing and watching boats from the roof deck, and being so close to shops and restaurants. Grand Haven had an art fair while we were there and that was fun too.

Great location in Grand Haven!

If you are wanting to be in the mix of down town Grand Haven, this is the spot! You can walk around town, to Lake Michigan and the Harbor. Great view of the musical fountain from The roof top deck!

Really nice condo in an ideal location. Earl was great about communicating clear check-in instructions and also texted to see how my stay was going. The condo was very clean and looked like the pictures. Located in the heart of downtown so you can walk to anything, including the beach. I was working remotely for a couple days, and the wifi was not the fastest, so just a heads-up if you'll be working or streaming a lot. Overall, a terrific stay in a great location!

July 4th getaway

I truly have to say this was our favorite rental so far! The accomodations and amenities were top notch! Being downtown in the middle of it all, watching the musical fountain and fireworks right from our deck and having our favorite watering hole...the Tip-a-Few...right out the back door, made this a superior place to stay! Tha6bks Earl for a great stay! We WILL be back!

Very nice!

The condo was extremely clean and nice with plenty of cups, glasses and sundries so we could just enjoy the trip. The location is just perfect from a walking standpoint and the roof top terrace was perfect for watching the water show each night. Would highly recommend it and look forward to doing it again sometime down the road.

Best location in GH

Close to eating, shopping, bars. Balcony overlooks Washington St and you can see the musical fountain from balcony or the rooftop. Park your car for your stay and walk everywhere. Condo well equipped for drinking and dining and the noise level was fine. We will be back.

The property was perfect for a 3 night getaway! Right in the middle of everything in Grand Haven. Earl was very responsive to all our questions. Only thing better would have been a King Bed in the room to the front! Be sure to understand the parking situation behind the building when parking overnight. First 6 spots are NO PARKING at night, even with a parking pass! City will Tow!

Weekend in Grand Haven

The condo was very nice, clean & great location. The 2nd bedroom is very small & could use a fan. The parking is a little inconvenient because the two rows designated for the condos are usually full so you have to find street parking. It wasn’t a big deal for me but our friends had a hard time with the extra walking. We contacted the owner twice; parking question & an issue in condo. Earl was very prompt & helpful. The rooftop is amazing. I would definitely stay again.

Sorry you where not aware of soap and shampoo not being provided. In regards to the tv I watch the local news there all of the time and utilize the guide on the TV. Sorry you struggled to work the TV. You should of called me and I would of been more than happy to show you how it works. Earl

Downtown Condo

The condo was great! It was super clean and comfortable. The location is outstanding. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to virtually all the restaurants in the downtown area. The walk to the beach was 15-20 minutes. Our family loved it and would stay there again.

Great condo in the heart of Grand Haven

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Grand Haven! The condo is in a wonderful location~next to the water, restaurants, shops, the musical fountain and more! We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the rooftop patio. Would happily return!

It was voted number 1 by Travel + Leisure. We are a nationally and internationally recognized destination and we have the bragging rights to prove it. O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Grand Haven comes alive in the summer !! Most every week there is a fest of some sort...We have Coast Guard Festival, Feast of the Strawberry Moon as well as Winterfest. Check out the Chamber of Commerce for weekly activities. The Chamber is a 1/2 block away. They can give you plenty of activities to help you make the most of your stay. There are trolley rides to enjoy as well as farmers markets just a short walk away on Wednesday and Saturday. There is charter fishing to enjoy that you can walk to in 5 minutes !!! A great golf course a mere 15 minute car ride. The beach and pier can be accessed by foot just a 10 minute walk a way..Enjoy this fabulous walk by our great Boardwalk..There are plenty of great restarunts and bars as well as shopping without ever having to take your car out of its garage..
