The Guests actually staying at the property must be the person who books. We do not allow anyone to book for anyone else (third party). We must have the correct Name, phone and email of the person booking and staying at property.

The one-time cleaning fee goes directly to staff who work very hard to provide you with a very clean and disinfected home to stay in. Monthly stays will be billed a one-time extra $75 cleaning fee.

Exterior, front and fence view (and inside garage) security video cameras in use.
Your privacy is respected. No camera is indoors (except garage interior pointed at garage door to monitor it is kept closed), or on patio (patio ends at iron fence and camera is monitoring area beyond iron fence). By booking this property, you have approved these exterior/garage security cameras.

* We may have a company vehicle stored in garage with one space available for guest. Garage door has no remote for guests. You will operate by opener on wall and drive around (a two person operation).
** The two twin beds are on an enclosed patio porch. For heat and A/C, you will open the two interior French doors and turn the ceiling fans on for airflow from the rest of the house.
