Awaken to a spectacular vista of the Sea of Cortez, one that is enjoyed from every room of this gorgeous, duplex luxury villa. The property features two (2) master bedrooms with king-size beds, two (2) additional bedrooms with two (2) queen size beds each for a total of four (4) bedrooms and six (6) beds on the property accommodating up to twelve (12) guests; each unit features three (3) full bathrooms for a total of six (6) full bathrooms.

Watch the sunrise from your bedroom, enjoy a morning swim in the amazing heated pool, and then savor breakfast out on the lovely terrace. Perhaps you will spend the morning whale watching as you lounge by the pool, or walking for miles along the sandy beach, just a short stroll down the cobblestone walkway. (Due to rip currents, swimming in the ocean is not advised; there are suitable public beaches nearby.) For the afternoon, a round of golf awaits you at one of the world-class golf courses in the vicinity. In the evening, entertain your guests on the spacious patio, which features a barbeque. Top off a perfect day as the whispering sea lulls you to sleep.

Located in the Los Cabos Corridor, midway between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo in the exclusive oceanfront gated community of Costa Brava, this beautifully remodelled villa provides the perfect base for exploring the rugged beauty of Baja. Beautiful Los Cabos! joined by El Corridor, a sort of highway, quite dangerous, definitely is a No-No if you like walking. You MUST have a car to move around, you can also use public buses. Taxis are even more expensive than in US or Europe! If you decide to rent a car, be careful!!! What you book online is not what you end up paying onsite. The view of this house is gorgeous! The beach -just some steps down-, is very beautiful, rough to swim in, secluded, you won't find any vendors. It is (still) so "virgin" that you can spot some dolphins or rays very close to the shore. If you are looking for absolute "peace and quiet", maybe this is not the right house for you. Actually all the places closed to the highway (Corridor) are obviously noisy. Unfortunately and sadly there is a lot of construction going on along the Corridor. On each side of this residential area there is heavy construction of hotels / condos. Workers are building them quite fast, 24-7, so there is construction noise even during the weekends. Besides the noise of construction you must add that of the cars, trucks, horns, etc., this house is the first one of the residential complex, 20 mts. from the Corridor, which is very handy but annoying as there is constant noise of cars passing by, 24-7. But if you are not that picky about noise like us, you may find the place quite ok and relax. There was a mis-communication with the owner upon our arrival, which eventually was solved favorably. The owner is flexible and willing to accommodate. The people onsite, Sra. Ana and Giovanna ( her daughter in law ), are helpful. Giovanna can also help out with cleaning if you want to enjoy fully your holiday, she is very efficient and a kind girl. The parking place for this house is outside, before the entrance to the complex, sometimes can get busy since it is a public parking. But we didn't have problem finding a place, only again the noise of the cars as the parking is closed to the back windows. The house has most of the essential needed, however the refrigerator didn't work properly and the dryer stopped working after a couple of times. There were problems with the WC (sewage) of the main bedroom, low water pressure in the showers, some burned lights here and there, but we managed to overcome the problems and enjoy our stay. The pool area is very nice, a kind man comes to clean it twice a week. Overall we were satisfied, quality - price ratio was fair.

Beautiful home close to the beach

This is a very nice home close the beach. The beach is just a short walk down the cobblestone pathway. The view from the bedrooms, and the backyard is simply breathtaking. Wake up early to watch an amazing sunrise over the ocean. If you are lucky you may even spot a few whales. The private swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. We are a couple of cousins who stayed with our families (with young children) and had a blast of a time. Few things you should be aware of: The Kitchen is pretty much empty, so it helps to make a complete shopping list if you plan to cook. You need a rental car. We had a few problems that did not receive quick attention from Senora Anna, but we didn't mind it so much because we were there for just a days - hot running water didn't work in one of the bathrooms; one of the lights in the living room was conked; the land phone (that was promised) for calling USA wasn't available.

AMAZING Vacation Home!!

EXCELLENT vacation property located in between San Jose and Cabo (10 minute drive to downtown Cabo). The location is ideal because it is easy to get to either city depending on if you want a more touristy night out or to hang out with the more local crowd. The houses themselves are immaculately clean and spacious with everything you need in a home away from home (WiFi, telephone, TV, etc.) Each of the 2 bedrooms upstairs have their own ensuite bathroom and open out into a balcony with views of the ocean. We fell asleep listening to the waves at night because it was cool enough to leave the door open! There is AC in the house and did I mention that the property has a private pool on a hilltop with views of the ocean? Each house (there are 2 right next to each other) easily sleeps 7 adults comfortably and the open floor plan of the kitchen and living room make for an excellent entertaining space. There is a hammock, a covered area as well as multiple lounge chairs in the outside area near the pool. The beach is a 3 minute walk down the hill through a private but shared cobbled driveway. We took quite a few beautiful pictures from the beach although it is not the best area for swimming (depending on the time of year) because of the riptides - just an FYI. Overall it was such an amazing stay and I can already picture returning to stay in these houses. PS. I had the BEST tacos 'al pastor' (pork with pineapple) at Las Guacamayas - definitely check it out if you want an authentic local place San Jose!

Wow what an awesome trip! Villa Oceano was located halfway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose (km 17) which was perfect since we rented a car. We ate at some great restaurants close by "Las Guacamayas" in San Jose and "Los Tres Gallos" in Cabo. We also went to Medano beach in Cabo. Overall the best thing about our trip was having a beautiful house with an ocean view, perfect weather and a nice cleaning lady which was great an unexpected. We were stoked that we also had a huge clean pool and a killer grill to cook some fish we bought. We were also decked out with superfast wifi, cable and a DVD player! We drove to Los Cerritos and were able to surf some kilker waves and eat fresh food at the beach while sipping some coronas. I can't wait to come back with my girl and stay here again. Everything was so nice and I loved just chilling on the lounge chairs around the pool while surfing the web on my tablet.

Perfect Location!

This is a terrific property! It is located in the perfect location, on the corridor exactly half way between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas with everything these areas have to offer. There is an ocean view and easy access to one of the finest beaches in Los Cabos. As we were there at the height of the whale season we saw a lot of whales every day. The property is clean and maintained and has everything one would need in the way of kitchen equipment, barbecue, beach towels, WiFi, telephone and satellite TV. Owner was easy to work with setting up the reservation and answering all our questions and always responded promptly. We plan to rent this property again.

Spotless property! housek...

Spotless property! housekeeper friendly and helpful We were able to watch the whales from the dinning room. At night you can hear the waves. I have never been so relax in any vacation. I can not wait to come back !!!
