James was a great guest. Communication was very good and he was respectful of our property and rules. He is welcome back any time.

We cannot recommend Tynisha to other hosts. Despite agreeing to our house rules in writing prior to booking, she and her group showed a total disregard for our property and the comfort of our other guests. Throughout the stay, communication was difficult and often curt. The group violated several major house rules: Unauthorized Gatherings: Despite a 'no gatherings' agreement, multiple extra guests were brought over. Property Disregard: The group ignored our 'no shoes' policy and used the garage for crafts, leaving difficult-to-remove spray glue residue on the epoxy flooring. Parking Issues: They parked in the wrong stall, blocking other guests. When asked to move, the response was dismissive. Neighbor Disturbance: Their noise level resulted in complaints from guests in our adjacent unit. Poor Checkout: Instructions were ignored; trash was left inside, and the kitchen was left with unwashed dishes in the sink. Two days into the stay, she mentioned a cleanliness issue regarding hair. Although we have a 5-year history of perfect cleanliness scores, we immediately offered to send a professional cleaning crew to address it; she never replied to our offer. Upon inspection after checkout, we found no evidence to support her claim. Ultimately, this was a high-maintenance stay characterized by a lack of respect for the home and the host. We had to assess an additional cleaning fee due to the state of the unit.
