Perfect for a short family trip.

The condo was just the right size and in the best location for our quick, three day family trip to Wintergreen. The kids enjoyed the pull out bed and we enjoyed the ease of getting everyone on/off the slopes. The place could use a good cleaning, but it was an overall a great place to rest at the end of the day and cook a meal for the family.

Excellent location!

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The beds were comfy and the condo was spacious. My only suggestion would be to add a baking sheet to the kitchen. I had planned to do a sheet pan dinner and struggled with the minimal amount of dishes I could use for baking. Also, a knife for chopping veggies would have been nice. Other than that, great stay and we will be back next year!

Perfect Mommy/Daughter Getaway

Condo was perfect for our mommy/ teen(14) daughter getaway. Location was awesome and super convenient for ski in/ski out, walking to the market, restaurants and Mountain inn for Starbucks!!(for my teen). Condo was adequately equipped and stocked with basic necessities(coffee and basic cooking spices)If you have little kids taking ski lessons from ski school you can watch them right off the balcony. We met Ken, Property Manager when we arrived and he made us feel welcome. Skiing conditions were ideal and not crowded. Night skiing was even better. Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again. Memories made here are priceless.

Perfect little spot!

Perfect little spot for our needs! Had a view of a mountains, and was located right by the green slopes. This location is right in the resort area! The restaurants, lift ticket, and rental areas were a stones throw away. It was great to be able to come back to the condo easily for lunch and a beer! The place was clean and furnished as described. The Market, which is the convenience store on the mountain, was about a 4-5 minute walk. They had reeeeally good pizza in the Market. All instructions for check-in and such went smoothly. We'd come back to this condo and resort! Thanks Evolve!

Home Away From Home

This was our 3rd time of our family of 3 staying at this property and it was exceptional as always. The owners go above and beyond to provide a comfortable space and have paid attention to so many details we truly felt like it was our home away from home. Even a rainy, miserable day was spent indoors with family playing boards games available for use. The condo is a skip away from the resort area but designed in such a way you feel you have nature all to yourself as you sip coffee in the morning on your balcony and gaze at the stunning views. We stayed on a summer holiday weekend and there were outdoor bands of many genres, artisan vendors, many free activities and food trucks in addition to the amazing resort restaurant choices. If dining out is not your thing, we made quite a few meals in their well-appointed kitchen. Check in and check out were simple and when I had a question the owners were quick to respond. Looking forward to another stay soon!

Good morning . After I said I was happy, our stay turned out to be me cleaning silverware, silverware holder, glasses,all pans we were going to use, all cooking utensils including the drawer, the bathtub exterior had what it looked like to be blood smeared,as well the door to the bathroom above the handle has the same type/color blood l smear. The admission of "blood being everywhere" with a previous troublesome rente by Ken made me think that he is not on top of his cleaning persons work. It was so dirty in the kitchen, we couldn't believe it. I ended up cleaning most of the condo. The sheets/blanket in the closet are not clean. There was 1 trashcan in the entire place. Under the kitchen sink was a leak. It stunk so i cleaned that. There was a catch pan strategically placed under the sink too which of now clean. With the initial carpet soaked in the loving room,un vacuumed for who knows how long under the couch, The door handle not locking/ broke. Ken not being Available for initial check in except when I spoke with ,,,,,, I am attaching pictures . If i can.

Great location for easy access to everything on the mountain (slopes, lessons, food, etc.). Great setup for a small family or group for a few days on the slopes. Great communication from the manager and easy check-in. Would highly recommend.

Access to the slopes and restaurants was great! My 21 year old son slept in the pull out sofa bed but it was not comfortable at all. Great place for just two people I think.

As advertised

Everything was the ad stated, very clean and quiet. Very convenient to anything around wintergreen, and only a short drive to Bold Rock and devils backbone. Short drive to some hiking and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Highly recommend.

Serene mountain views

Our family of 3 had a great experience at this property for the 4th of July weekend. The condo was so close to the main building, restaurants and activity area yet seemed like we were in a secluded lot at the same time. It was a great space on the second floor with beautiful views from the balcony. The co do was spacious and arranged for comfort. Beds and pillows and linens (including bath towels) were of great quality. The availibility of board games as well as cable tv and high speed internet met all the needs of our family for business and entertainment. The traveler's log was an especially nice touch. Ken was very responsive to emails before the trip and offered great suggestions. So many little special touches that made us feel like it was a home away from home. Definately will stay again and highly recommend to others.
