Brilliant place to stay - highly recommended. The house was a home from home and so close to lovely beaches. Only wish we had time to stay longer.

Only 3 kms from the beach but a little house amongst beautiful bush and a small rainforest House is well equipped and very comfortable. The host was very helpful and we appreciated how well the property is presented. Unfortunately weather wasn’t in our favour but we had a swim in the beautiful protected beach at Scott’s Head. There is no wifi or dishwasher but that didn’t bother us.

Debbie and her family were an absolute pleasure to host! An active family that made the most of their holiday at Scotts Head. We loved meeting them & would not hesitate having them back.

I had a wonderful stay here. The clean room was spotless, comfortable, and well looked after, which made it easy to settle in right away. The host was friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the stay smooth.The kitchen was fully equipped and tidy, perfect for preparing meals without any hassle. It’s also a very family‑friendly place — safe, quiet, and spacious enough for kids to feel at home.Overall, a great stay and highly recommended for travellers looking for comfort and convenience.

Such a lovely, spacious, well thought out property. The peaceful surrounds can be soaked up on the huge balcony - bliss!Great place to stay.

Amazing property

Absolutely loved the property and in an amazing location. Relaxing on the deck was just incredible. Thanks Stacy and Parrish for being so accommodating for our stay, will definitely be back again.

Quiet bliss

Loved this place! It was peaceful, super comfortable with heaps of amenities and a beautiful view. A short drive to the beach and shops. A wonderful place.

Short stay in Way Way

Beautiful spot amongst the trees. Well equipped accommodation with very comfortable beds. The verandah is perfect for relaxing. Close to Scotts Head and Grassy Head beach. Perfect break for the family.

Stacy was a friendly and caring host. All needs met and location perfect - looking over a sub tropical rainforest. Highly recommend.

We love the property and really enjoy our stay

Stacy was a wonderful host! The house was clean, organised and we loved the arrival book and information provided for the area and appliances which came in handy. It was a very relaxing place and the house was well equipped and Stacy provides lots of extra touches which are so appreciated! Local cafes were lovely and the local Grocer was well stocked. Grassy beach was a lovely quiet beach, great for kids as patrolled.

beautiful property in a beautiful location

This home is gorgeous, with many beautiful touches, such as different ceramic knobs on the drawers in the kitchen and beautiful wooden tables. The views are fantastic, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is lovely and there are two separate toilets. The kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor seating takes advantage of the view over the valley. It's only a short drive to the lovely township of Scott's Head and the beaches there. Stacy, the host, is very hospitable and responds quickly to messages. We had a wonderful time and would love to return someday.

Just perfect

The place truely is a retreat! The surroundings are so lush and peaceful. It is private and quiet but the drive to village and beach is still very short. The house is well equipped with a cosy interior. We felt at home right away and when it was time to leave we all agreed that next time we will stay longer. There is only one tiny thing we have to criticise- previous guests haven’t treated the coated sauce pan very well. The coat is super damaged and we felt it could be replaced.

Thanks Coco for the lovely review. And yes will replace that pot (thanks for letting me know) I always think of putting a sign to guests to not use metal utensils on non stick pots/pans. Now I will. Thanks for looking after our place like it was yours. Happy 2023

Property was lovely but a bit of dusting of cobwebs would of been nice to do and the power point behind the fire place needs to be fixed, outlet is hanging of the wall , otherwise it was a lovely spot , very pretty , would recommend it to anyone

Great house, great spot, great people

I was just looking for a week-long getaway to get out of the city. Stacy & Parish's place is the perfect, quiet spot to unwind and take your foot off the pace! The house is very well appointed with all the gear in the kitchen, a large BBQ on the verandah and a lovely surrounding of garden and woodland. It's halfway up a large slope so the view is god too. Mobile phone service is patchy from the house and there's no wifi but this was a blessing as it forced me to disconnect as well. And if you're having withdrawals from your Insta account, Scott's Head is a 5 minute drive away. And you'd probably be there anyway enjoying the right-hand point break that the town is renowned for. There's plenty of other stuff to do if the surf isn't working including bushwalks, mountain bike tracks (all within a 10 minute drive or you can ride straight out from the house) and some interesting little spots in the coastal hinterland (try the drive to Taylors Arm Pub). Stacy & Parish are also great people which rounds out the whole experience nicely. Highly recommend.

Our return stay delivered again!

Our family of five returned to stay for a second time at this lovely house. It was like returning to a home away from home, we instantly felt welcome, comfortable and relaxed. The setting in a beautiful tropical garden is idyllic, and the plants provide plenty of screening and privacy from the surrounding properties. The house was clean, well furnished and equipped for all of our needs. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms and the laundry provides a second toilet and basin, which was very handy. We all enjoyed sitting on the deck with a cool drink in the evenings, taking in the views and the peace. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

Scott’s Head Haven

Beautiful property and an immaculate home with beautiful creative and personal touches. Flowers and chocolates on arrival made us feel very welcome and our hostess was very responsive and helpful with all our enquires. We would love to return... a beautiful part of the world.
