Secure yard and very pet friendly. Dog felt safe and at home. Place was perfect size for my family of 5 and within walking distances to all amnesties.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage in Stuart’s Point. The property has plenty of warmth and charm, was exceptionally clean, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic situated opposite the park, close to local shops, and only a short walk to the beach. Dealing with Toni was smooth and easy, with great communication throughout the booking process and our stay.It was the perfect base to relax and enjoy everything Stuart’s Point has to offer. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great spot for a getaway

Cosy house right near the river within walking distance to the beach. Even though we had a pretty rainy week, we still had a great time.

Great Little cottage

Great location to river and beach. Close to other beaches and towns ( Nambucca Heads and South West Rocks). Quiet sleepy town. Great to get away and relax.

Little River Cottage was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay.Toni was very responsive and accommodating to messages and check in details.We loved sitting on the verandah it was very roomy and enjoyable and the location was great for our time there.Thank you Toni

We had a fabulous time at Toni’s place.Fantastic location close to everything and the house is great with plenty of room for everyone.We’ll definitely stay here again 100%.

The best location

Little River Cottage is perfectly located. Close to shops but far enough away not to impact on your stay. Easy access to the park and bridge being opposite the path leading down to the bridge. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing

After a hick up on the first day . We enjoyed where we stayed . Walking distance to everywhere . Fishing was great and easy to launch the boats . Visited surrounding towns that were fantastic .

Perect place to relax

We love coming to this property. The location is perfect for fishing, yabbying and kayaking. The verandah is our favourite spot to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze when we are not out enjoying the river or the beach.The house is perfect for relaxing, the beds are comfortable and we love the location to the water and the local shops. It has everything we need. The hosts are amazing and have proved to be responsive to any concerns we have. We will be back again and again.

Very comfortable little cottage!

Little River Cottage is a great find, a very comfortable and clean cottage right across from the river and 7 mins walk to the beach, best of both worlds. From the bridge you can see the fish and sting rays below and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets reflecting on the water. The cottage is well equiped and has everything you need for a great stay.

Great Location

Great location with the river just over the road and a short walk to the beach. Toni was great to deal with and quick replies to our many questions. The house was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Great beds too. Thank you Toni for our little visit.

Xmas Holidays

LRC was the perfect place to unwind, quite & relaxing. House was cosy, comfortable, clean & tidy & fully equipped. Toni, the Property Manager went way beyond normal to ensure we had an enjoyable holiday with all the little extras she provided. Our fur babies also loved their holiday & well catered for. Thank you Toni for everything. We will definitely be back. Gaye, Bill, Zac & Ollie.

Overall very happy with all aspects of our stay from the property location and property managerrty

I would not hesitate to recommend the property even though the renovations are yet not complete but in saying that we were not short on anything and we felt right at home and the stay was very comfortable but what really sold us on our stay was totally on the property manager she was fantastic and very helpful and between the lovely home and the dedicated helpful property manager I would highly recommend this place for your next holiday. My family and I will definitely be going back.

Good location but not clean

While the location was good and communication was fine, the condition of the property was very disappointing on arrival. We had to clean the kitchen before we could even prepare a meal. The benches were covered in grime and stickiness. There were cockroaches, and the oven was unusuable in it's current state. Really quite terrible considering we were paying so much for the property and then there was a cleaning fee on top of it.

This reveiw and you will be reported as this is such an untrue reveiw. The oven is virtually new and spotless. The benches were clean. Cockroaches fly in and are everywhere in this season. We have bates out! And to you - whether you are on holidays or not Recycling ,matters. Putting all your waste into the one bin is such a lazy act for our planet. We had to sort that out!
