The kitchen flows seamlessly into a large dining area with slow-combustion wood burning fire and breath-taking views over the in-ground pool to the surrounding vineyards and mountains beyond.

With 9 foot ceilings throughout, reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning, 2 over-size lounge areas featuring a double wood-burning fireplace, Tharah is the perfect choice to relax and unwind with your favourite glass of hunter vino! The large pet friendly yard means your best four-legged friend doesn't have to miss out on all that Tharah has to offer! (Please note the fencing is farm fencing and is not fully enclosed).

TARIFF
Weekend - minimum 2 nights for up to 16 guests from $2532 per night
(Thursday-Sunday)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights for up to 16 guests from $1899 per night (Monday-Wednesday)

Additional guest charge (Adults or Children) is $106 per person per night
Infants under 2 years free of charge.

A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

**Please note if you make a booking for check in on a Sunday and it creates a back to back booking, then an $628.00 weekend cleaning charge will be applied to your booking**

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $2000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES 


A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
