Behind the listing is a team that has spent years at the intersection of hospitality and vacation rentals, from managing premium homes to building and running our own communities. We handle it all ourselves, marketing, guest service, cleaning, and maintenance, so there's always someone accountable when you need something.

The Village Orlando is the one Homes by Villatel community we designed and built from the ground up. Every home here was created by Villatel, so the brand standards aren't retrofitted, they're built in, and the whole neighborhood was planned around families from the start. At its center is The Village Event Center, a 15,000-square-foot space that hosts everything from fitness classes to food experiences and ticketed events, alongside a community pool and recreation area, a children's playground, and walking paths and green spaces, all behind gated access.

Guests here also get access to the amenities at nearby Solterra, including its tennis courts, lazy river, and fitness center, so there's even more to do just a short drive away. And when it's time for the parks, you're in the heart of Orlando's vacation home corridor with easy access to I-4 and the 429.
