This is the perfect place for your Maui beach vacation. The location is amazing! You are right across from the beach! There is plenty of space, and it has everything needed for a great time.

Mary Lou continues to not disappoint!

Love the location, access to the beach and pool, assigned parking right by door, supplies available…now has 5 beach chairs and a wagon to easily take them back and forth to beach. AC works well! Awesome to sit on lanai in the mornings.

Amazing location

We've stayed in this same complex several times now, these units up front are perfect, they offer ground level access, with the ability to go upstairs and sit on the deck for ocean views. The unit was comfortable, had everything we needed. If you're a very light sleeper the road is nearby and may potentially not be desirable. For us it's worth it to be closer to the ocean. I'd for sure stay here again.

Safe beautiful ocean view property with two lanais. Across the street from great snorkel beach Kamaole II. Great for sunsets and beach walks. Loved having all the beach supplies to use. Would stay again!

Perfect location for walking distances to food, shopping and the Beach

Overall our experience was good. Property was well maintained. We had an issue getting into the property as the property management company did not provide us with a code to our residence as detailed in our instructions. We called all available numbers provided and did not get an answer. We were able to get ahold of the actual owner who lived on island and she graciously came down and provided

Nice place, but I don't understand why owner doesn't put air conditioner in other bedroom

It's a nice place...we were warned about one of the bedrooms upstairs not having air conditioner, but when temps reach 90+ during the day, the room has no chance of cooling down. Heat rises and there was just not an adequate breeze to open windows and try to get it cooled down. On top of that, knowing our arrival time, nobody turned AC on so it would be inhabitable upon our arrival. The couple who were sleeping in bedroom with no AC had to sleep downstairs on sofa and cushions on the floor to stay cool. Also, there was large pieces of furniture blocking the only two air conditioners in the unit! Upon our arrival, we had to rearrange the furniture just to get some cool air flow going. We absolutely enjoyed Maui, but we would stay in another place (with total AC) if it's going to be anywhere above 80 degrees!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing beachside Condo. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants made this the perfect place for a Maui getaway. Really enjoyed sitting out on both the upstairs and downstairs lanais.

Across Kam II Beach

The location of the condo is amazing!!! It was pretty warm during our stay so thank goodness for a/c! We did have a few issues with checking in and when we arrived at check-in time the cleaners were still there. Due to this, I think they rushed the cleaning and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very thoroughly even though we had let them know that we would leave and be back and to take their time. Also, a maintenance guy had to come in and work on some appliances during our stay. Otherwise the location is very central in Kihei and easily walkable and driveable to many different food and beach locations.

Perfect location

I feel like the most important thing I want to mention is the location of this condo 😍 it’s first of all right across from the beach , just walk across the street and you’re there , second is so central if you plan to go other places . Parking spot is right in front of the condo . Each room has a AC so that’s wonderful. Condo was comfortable and had everything you might need , starting from kitchen equipment to beach toys and towels . Thank you for sharing your home with us . We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Perfect location!

Condo was what we wanted in terms of size., proximity! Room for our family to spread out. Condo was clean and supplied well with amenities! We enjoyed the pool when we were not at the beach or out and about!

Best stay ever

This was our best stay ever. Home was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The owner and the management keep in good contact. And were very friendly and helpful. Close to shops and restaurants. It really was the ideal location. Would stay here again.

Great Location

This condo was in a great location, it did smell like someone had spilled vinegar on the carpet or had used it to clean but leaving the shutters open aired it out AND even more importantly there were no cockroaches, there were some little tiny countertop bugs like there is EVERYWHERE in Hawaii but ZERO cockroaches, I didn't even see any on the property. My bestie slept in the spare room and said the mattress had an odd stain on it and needs to be replaced but the Master bedrooms mattress was clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely to hang out in/at when we were ready to get out of the wind or done getting sandy . There were beach toys in the closet and the beach across the street, Kamaole II, was awesome to hang out at during the day and watch the sunrise and sunset, my 12 year old had fun swimming alongside the turtles during the calm weather days. There was a little noise from the beach at night from people fishing and chasing crabs but I sleep with ear plugs so it didn't bother me, and my daughter didn't seem to lose any sleep over it. My aunt stayed in a condo complex down the road and we never felt uncomfortable walking back to our condo in the evening. Close walking to several restaurants with great food and even better happy hours, Threes bar and grill, wow wow lemonade and Nalus Northshore Grill are must visits and are a close 1-2.5 miles away depending on where you're going. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Property was clean. Across the street from Kam 2. Loved the new A/C as it was very hot and humid. Was very close for the 2 teenage girls to go shop, go to the pool and get food. Great sunsets!

Great great great!

This condo has an awesome location - beaches across the street, beaches easy to walk to, and beaches easy to drive and park at. Also convenient to jump on the highway and go for supplies at discount stores with our car. We ate in most of the time and found the kitchen more than adequate to prepare meals. Restaurants within walking distance. We liked Paia Fish House, Maui Fish and Chips, and Coconuts. Also loved Moose's right next door - awesome happy hour and Bingo on Mondays! AC worked wonderfully and quickly cooled when turned on. Note - the AC turns off after 6 hours - it is on a timer. I could not imagine a place without AC in July! One issue - the power went out but was fixed by the association within a few hours so we didn't lose our freezer and fridge food. Pool was nice - warm and the tile is extremely hot. TAKE SHOES TO WEAR!!!

Tropical Getaway

Great week on Maui at Kihei Akahi. Location hard to beat, seconds to the beach for the sunsets, and reserved parking right in front. Only hitch was that there wasn't explicit instructions to check in at the office on arrival - office is right across the lot from the unit, so no biggie.
