Welcome to our contemporary 12-sleeper Scandi-style beach house, offering a sophisticated two-story design just a stone's throw away from Moore River and Guilderton beach.
Designed for functional comfort, this stylish and large family holiday home invites you to experience Moore River, with luxury plush beds, a top-notch open kitchen, ample seating on comfy couches, and three expansive decks boasting stunning views.
Rooftop solar panels provide the house with renewable energy during the day, and powers the EV-charging port in the front, encouraging an eco-conscious stay.

BEDROOMS:
• 4 luxurious queen bedrooms and a 6 bed bunk bedroom with ultra-comfortable mattresses.
• Select bedrooms feature ample storage space (including a walk-in robe in the upstairs bedroom) and one bedroom downstairs boasts a flat-screen TV.
• Each room is equipped with ceiling fans, reading lights, and block-out window blinds for a restful stay.
• Enjoy cosy electric blankets on queen beds during winter, complemented by goose-down duvets and premium pillows.

BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY:
• 2 downstairs bathrooms with rain shower heads, and a separate downstairs WC.
• Upstairs, you’ll find an ensuite bathroom with WC, and a separate WC and powder room.
• The washing machine and large sink can be found in the downstairs laundry room.

KITCHEN:
• A stunning, well-equipped kitchen with a spacious stone bench and breakfast stools.
• Cook showstopper meals with a high-end 90cm SMEG oven and gas cooktop, complemented by quality cookware, crockery, and glassware.
• Essential appliances include a French door fridge with a sizeable freezer (with ice-making feature), a Nespresso coffee machine, a coffee grinder, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, food processor, and more.
• Dual sink featuring a filtered reverse osmosis water tap.

• A lengthy dining table accommodating up to 14 people comfortably.

• Ceiling speakers indoors and on the deck (although please respect the neighbours by not playing music too loud).

• A spacious downstairs deck shaded by large grapevines, equipped with sun lounges, a couch and hammocks for leisurely relaxing.

• Our gardens feature fruit trees, herbs, and native plants attracting abundant local birdlife.
• An outside shower with hot water and a winter-ready fire pit, offering a cosy atmosphere with provided firewood.
• Solar panels on the roof provide renewable energy during the day, powering your electric vehicle with a charging port.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Food and drinks. Grocery delivery is an option as is our local general store.
• All your bed linen, pillow cases, bath and beach towels (ask about our linen service)

• A detailed list of recommended items to bring will be sent a week before your stay.

HOUSE RULES:
RESPECT and look after the house as if it were yours
No outside shoes in the house
Leave the house as tidy as you found it
Dishes washed and put away when you leave (including the dishwasher)
BBQ to be left clean and ready for the next guests ($50 fee for cleaning the BBQ)
Windows shut and secured when you leave
Bins emptied and put in council bin ready for collection
Couches, tables and beds must not be moved
Other furniture to be returned as you found it
