Great location

An older style house but good number of living spaces for our weekend getaway with 3 other families. Really well located with beach access across the road and 2 minute drive to rivermouth.

Great holiday stay

Absolutely loved the area. The house has all things we needed. So many dvds to choose from and some games and the kitchen was amazingly fully stocked with utensils we did not expect. So close to the beach and river with amazing views. We will definately be back.

Roomy for 10 people. Lots of additional equipment for beach and garden. Well equipped kitchen and very clean.

Great location and facilities although Air Conditioning would be a must in summer

Great stay just a couple of improvements would be great, flywire door to upstairs area, TV downstairs would be great if you could watch regular channels and not just DVD's and if your there through summer air con would be a must

Beach house

Pictures are accurate. Great grass and garden, across the road from a lovely beach. Very kindly - CVH let us change the booking date when one of our group fell ill. Very kind!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely spot very close to the beach. House able to cater for two families. Plenty of utensils and cooking pans. Some games such as cards and scrabble would have been a nicetouch. Airflow in ground floor toilet and bathroom would be good. Great the property is pet friendly but there is no enclosed area outside for the pet.

Kitchen had lots of equipment. Would be nice to have known how well as we bought things incase. That weren’t needed.Cobwebs spiders and floors dirty and hair and fluff built up behind doors and around the edges of rooms.Pet friendly but as no fencing our little girl had to stay in a pen or on her lead.Screen doors need new gas struts as one of our family got back of his heel caught under the back screen door causing a very deep wound.Photos of the property appeared that the rooms were quite large. This isn’t correct as quite small to fit everyone at the table at once.Slats on top bunk fell out as grandson went to lay down. So he had to see on the lounge up stairs.

Perfect location and great set-up for families!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect, and the house was great for a couple of families. There were plenty of sleeping and recreational areas, and toys for the kids. The check-in process was a bit of a mission. I didn't receive an SMS (as advised), and the property manager just quickly gave me the code over the phone. While she was perfectly friendly, she was then impossible to get hold of when I couldn't get into the property (because I had been given the wrong code). I tried calling her three times (left an urgent message once), and texting, while we were stuck outside, and never heard back. Eventually, I rang the head office, who gave me the correct code. After this hiccough, however, everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

A wonderful house, especially for a family with teenagers. We had a great time, plenty of space with a bigger group staying.
