North Beach Village is located just north of the Holmes Beach town center. After a day at the beach, hop on the free trolley on Gulf Drive, and take it into Holmes Beach for great dining and nightlife. This vacation home offers three parking spaces.

In the living room, find plush seating, a flat-screen television, and the open front balcony of this gorgeous Anna Maria Island vacation rental home. Wireless internet, cable television, and local calling are provided to keep you connected during your stay. This rental does offer a washer/dryer and a BBQ grill.

Head over to the community pool for a swim! The pool is heated, and the patio area offers seating and restrooms.

A newly extensively remodeled and colorfully painted 3BD/2BA key west, old-world style townhouse on Holmes Beach. It's located in a quiet and peaceful residential area just a half block from the pristine Anna Maria Island beaches. North Gulf Villa is just a few steps from the main free trolley line that can take you anywhere you want to go on this beautiful 7-mile island.

North Gulf Villa has all the features one associates with modern beach life, including a well-equipped kitchen and top-of-the-line appliances.

When entering North Gulf Villa, you walk up a short flight of stairs to the main level, which includes a large open-plan living area with lots of natural light, a kitchen, and a beautiful master bedroom with a KING-size bed and en suite REMODELED bathroom.
There are two additional Queen bedrooms and a single, plus a living room queen memory sofa bed, which is more comfortable than any existing sofa bed.

This townhome is spread over 3 floors. Both 2nd and 3rd-floor bedrooms offer a queen bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room for extra accommodation. There are 2 individual decks for you to relax in and soak up the sun. The first is next to the large family room, which provides extra relaxing space. It's a large outside patio. Enjoy the Japanese-style garden and waterfall. The townhouse has a flat-screen TV and a fuss ball table for additional family entertainment. The downstairs double garage accommodates the washer/dryer, extra room for parking, and your personal gear.

This was a great place to stay on AMI. The home was very clean and spacious and provided everything you need, even beach chairs and a tent or umbrella if you needed. There are lots of spaces to enjoy, though due to weather we were unable to grill but there is a cute patio in the back with the grill ready to go. The wrap around balcony was beautiful as well! The owners were very responsive for any questions or issues and made sure a resolution was in place ASAP (we only had one question about something, nothing to ruin a stay) were already planning our next vacation back.

This property was perfect for a girls trip. There was more than enough room and it is located so close to the beach. Thereā€™s also beach supplies inside to borrow. I definitely recommend!

Great location. Value mediocre.

Host was very friendly and receptive. The property owner is in the process of refreshing and replacing outdoor furniture. Variety and quality of beach accessories could use improvement. Good proximity to the beach and trolley stop. Shops and restaurants are walkable.

Okay Property

I love the location of this property. We have stayed in another unit previously. However, I would not book with this unit again. The contact provided lives in California. I found that out when I called at 9:30 with a question and was told she was sleeping, it was 6am for her. On our second day there a man drove up to our car and took a picture of our license plate/car. We were sitting on the deck and asked him what was going on. He said something about his brother in law and quickly drove off. It left us feeling quite unsettled and uncomfortable. I reached out to the contact provided and told her the situation and asked if she knew anything about this. She never replied. There were other small issues/questions we encountered during our stay that I would have reached out to address had the previous two situations not happened. I felt very uncomfortable staying in this unit. However, the location is perfect and the community is lovely.

Place great BUT

Couldn't sign into VRBO to get PIN code, had to wait in restaurant. FinaÄŗy found key under a rock. Next day island was ordered evacuated, .Water a bridges shut off. Only got 2 out of 5 ni.Cant get refund. Hard to deal with host.

I give this place five stars. Very clean, a short walk to the beach, close to Pine Street and a lot of good restaurants. Communication with the owner was top-notch. She was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be visiting again.

Nice location, but not what we expected.

The location was great and exterior was nice, but the interior didnā€™t match the listing photos totally. It was very highly priced and under delivered for what we were expecting.

Not a motel six, and they keep the lights on.

Well, it seems that someone needs a check in prep sheet for new guests. We got there and didn't have kitchen power and if took three hours to communicate where breaker box was. They stated they didn't have after hours service, that right there is so odd. Plus it was 4:30. The electricians showed up next day at 1. Pool could of been cleaned better and some other quirks. Overall Nice place, just need go commit to guest better.

Perfect get-away

This was the perfect place for our family to recharge and take some time away from busy schedules. The house had everything we needed and more. The washer and dryer were such an important bonus. We look forward to staying here again hopefully sooner than later!

Memorial Weekend + Soccer Tourny

Perfect! Family of 5+ our dog. Youngest son played in a soccer tournament while the rest of us vacationed. Perfect place to allow us to grill out or cook inside with the available full kitchen. Was 90+ deg so we went to the beach everyday. Gulf was like bathwater. AC was kicking and kept the place nice and cool. The garage had an extra frig, coolers, beach chairs, and plenty of pool/beach gear including a cart to carry it all. There were a couple of fishing poles in the garage (needed some TLC, but our boys took care of that). Felt right at home. Sun rises in the back of the condo and sets in the front (facing the garage). There's plenty of shade in the back, but the front (garage side) does get warm. Family room, master suite, and one guest bedroom upstairs gets a LOT of sun. Only wonky part of our stay was checking in. Somehow we didn't get a normal contract and the host was not aware of the exact arrival dates. I had to call multiple times to get ahold of her, but in the end she was very accommodating. I wouldn't reduce the rating because of that, as everything else was perfect and we did get a code and access 20min after check-in time. The beach is a block away. Maybe a 5min walk from the condo. Its one block to the street with beach access so with the cart to carry all your beach stuff, its really a very convenient place to stay. One more thing, the two car garage is fully functional with a remote. No big SUVs though.

Area is nice. Can walk to some shops and restaurants. Did not use shuttle. Many people rent golf carts. House needs a little work bu it was fine.

Enjoyed our stay in the cute and quiet north beach village of Holmes beach on Anna Maria. The condo is well equipped with kitchen supples, linens, and beach chairs. The unit has a little wear and tear due to its age and rental history but is very clean. Great location! I would stay here again.
