KITCHEN – This master-piece Italian marble kitchen is professionally designed for lavish entertaining. Three fridges, 1500mm gas cooking station, 900mm and 600 mm ovens, instant hot/cold filtered water, 3meter long mobile island bench, this kitchen is also climate controlled and has amazing views of Sapphire Beach.

GROUND FLOOR LIVING AND DINING – This very large living area is one of the most envious and lavish rooms of any house of any location. 10 meters of floor to ceiling glass opens seamlessly to breathtaking views of the beach only 40 meters away. Relax while your senses are entertained with beach views and the aroma of the open fire place.

1st FLOOR LIVING AREA – Absolutely unbelievable cruise Ship style views that only the pictures can describe, 2 beautiful 3 meter Hampton’s style lounges atop of solid American Oak flooring, remote air conditioned, this area opens to a landscaped balcony with views to the horizon.

OUTSIDE ENTERTAINING AREA – This amazing 120m² outdoor living area is completely covered and weather proof but still allows filtered sunlight to shine through. Completely east facing and only 40 meters to the beach means you could almost cast a fishing line. Complete with lounges, solid oak dining table and BBQ, this area adjoins the pool terrace.

POOL TERRACE – The main focus of this area for our guests is pure enjoyment. On offer are 3 separate pool areas, a kid’s pool which is 4m x 4m x 0.5 deep and has a waterfall edge into the huge infinity edge pool that gives you the illusion of endlessness to the horizon, this pool is 12.5m x 5.5m x 1.4m deep. A 12 person hot spa adjoins the pool. The pool area has a 180m2 sandstone terrace and a separate grassed area.

FROM THE POOL TO THE BEACH – Separating the beach from the pool is your own private part of paradise, a 700m2 flat grassed area, play cricket, soccer, volley ball or relax under the canopy of the pandanus trees. This area is truly amazing and very unique.

Grounds, gardens, spas and pool’s are professionally maintained and inspected prior to your arrival.
