Located in the heart of Coffs sought-after Jetty area, this beautifully appointed home has spectacular north facing views over the Pacific Ocean. It is also walking distance to stunning beaches, cafes and restaurants, making it the perfect holiday destination, ideal for a family getaway or couples retreat.

Here at Coffs Jetty Beach House, there's no need for the car. Begin your morning with a stroll around the picturesque harbour foreshores and enjoy a swim or surf at the popular Park Beach, followed by a quality coffee or breakfast at one of the many hip cafes on the vibrant Jetty strip.

Leisurely afternoons can be spent enjoying the local area or back at your holiday house, where you can make use of the private swimming pool and alfresco space. With 3 outdoor entertaining areas, you'll have ample options for dining or simply relaxing with a book or glass of wine while taking in the stunning surrounds.

Living and entertainment
Coffs Jetty Beach House is a modern, spacious home spread over 3 storeys. Each level of this home is positioned to capture the sweeping open views and ocean breeze, ensuring a light and airy interior.

The main living space is on the middle level. The open layout features an air-conditioned lounge area with home theatre-styled entertainment centre, dining table and a full kitchen with professional grade, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, 5-burner oven, full size fridge/freezer, wine fridge and a Nespresso machine. Wifi is included. The house offers guests the best in quality furnishings with recycled hardwood floors, high ceilings and stylish, functional fittings.

The living area leads out to the large, covered balcony with stunning ocean views. Great bench seating and an outdoor setting make this a fabulous place to sit back, chat over a refreshing drink and soak up the fresh ocean breeze and views.

This level also has two of the bedrooms and the main bathroom.

Upstairs is the master retreat with spa bath ensuite and a private sitting room and balcony inviting in the morning sun.

The ground floor has a second lounge room and the fourth bedroom, plus laundry and powder room.

A true highlight of this wonderful holiday house is the sparkling inground pool and outdoor entertaining space. Cool off with a refreshing swim then lounge by the poolside, and come evening, cook up an easy dinner on the BBQ to enjoy under the covered alfresco dining space.

If cooking is not a priority during your stay, the house is only a short stroll from some of Coffs finest restaurants and cafes. Experience craft beer and live music at the Element Bar, a succulent steak at the Pier, Mexican tapas; the regions finest Italian from Fiasco, a delicious curry or visit Supply for a more casual dining option.

And if you are still looking for things to do, enjoy a walk up Muttonbird Island for a bird's eye view of the whales on their annual migration, experience the fresh produce from the Jetty Markets, take in a show at the Jetty Memorial Theatre or simply unwind and relax.

The front door keypad has a built-in security camera for your safety and the security of the property.

Additional Information :
- We have recently added Fujitsu wall-mounted air conditioners in all bedrooms, including the downstairs room. The floor fan has been removed. The water pressure has also been fixed by removing an old filter at the main and faucet limiters. Our plumber has tested the water pressure throughout the property.
- The king bed mattress has been replaced with a brand-new king bed, and the washing machine seal has also been renewed.
- Please note there are two flights of stairs in our three-story house; however, the stairs are the gateway to the beautiful views.
- A new pool cover has been installed for easier pool maintenance.
- A backup gas bottle is available for guests.
