What a previous tenant said about me and the place:
Ramon is a wonderful host. He was always available and once in a while he called me to verify if I needed anything. He also made great restaurant recommendations.
When I arrived the place was spotless. Everything was clean, tidy, organized. The place is exactly as the pictures shows. The apartment has everything you need: from fast internet connection to can opener.
The building was remodeled (12 M). There is a marvelous new pool with warm water and ocean view. The pool deck is amazing to spend some time reading or just observing the ocean. If you want to go to the beach, there is an access from the pool deck. There are chairs, umbrellas and kits for kids to play. There are always two employees there to make sure the residents are secure at all times. The beach itself is one of the best I’ve been. The water is just perfect and you can swim in a calm ocean.
While I was there the new gym was inaugurated and it has state of art equipment. I visited many gyms while I was there and believe me the one in the building is the best in the Hollywood/Hollandale/North Miami area.
The building is a walking distance to the Wal Mart (about 15 minutes), CVS (about 16 minutes). You can also take a trolley to downtown Hollywood. Aventura Mall is just 9-minute drive away or you can walk a bit and take a bus.
Hollywood boardwalk is few minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants, live shows, bike rental places and souvenirs stores. Be prepared to have lots of fun there.
I found the place very calm and quiet. The employees were always polite and very professional.
