My top one in Hollywood

We had a pleasant stay at this place. Clean and comfortable, we recommend it without hesitation. Owner available and courteous. All Wave staff is very friendly.

What a previous tenant said about me and the place:
Ramon is a wonderful host. He was always available and once in a while he called me to verify if I needed anything. He also made great restaurant recommendations.
When I arrived the place was spotless. Everything was clean, tidy, organized. The place is exactly as the pictures shows. The apartment has everything you need: from fast internet connection to can opener.
The building was remodeled (12 M). There is a marvelous new pool with warm water and ocean view. The pool deck is amazing to spend some time reading or just observing the ocean. If you want to go to the beach, there is an access from the pool deck. There are chairs, umbrellas and kits for kids to play. There are always two employees there to make sure the residents are secure at all times. The beach itself is one of the best I’ve been. The water is just perfect and you can swim in a calm ocean.
While I was there the new gym was inaugurated and it has state of art equipment. I visited many gyms while I was there and believe me the one in the building is the best in the Hollywood/Hollandale/North Miami area.
The building is a walking distance to the Wal Mart (about 15 minutes), CVS (about 16 minutes). You can also take a trolley to downtown Hollywood. Aventura Mall is just 9-minute drive away or you can walk a bit and take a bus.
Hollywood boardwalk is few minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants, live shows, bike rental places and souvenirs stores. Be prepared to have lots of fun there.
I found the place very calm and quiet. The employees were always polite and very professional.
Ramon’s place is just perfect and I highly recommend it.

The White Sand Beach is Simply Fantastic, it Stretches for Many Miles. You Can Walk Forever and then When you Wish, Jump in the Ocean to Cool.
- Go to The Hollywood Beach boardwalk, voted one of 10 Best Beaches by National Geographic's and The American Planning Association named the broadwalk one of the top 10 public places in America.
- That lighted seaside avenue is some 30 feet wide include bicycling lanes and a crushed-shell jogging path. Pizza parlors, cafes, bars, restaurants & stores line the route and there are free outdoor concerts several nights a week. All this while still in the Beach in shorts and with the Sand on your Toes!

- Quiet Beach but a few blocks to the 2.5 miles long Hollywood Beach Broadwalk right all along the beach with over 30 Shops, Boutiques & Mini-Markets, Over 50 Restaurants and Cafeterias that you can visit in your shorts or right in front of the Beach.
- If you walk a couple of blocks (.8 miles) in the other direction you can go to Luxurious Diplomat hotel with wonderful Upscale Restaurants, Bars & Boutiques.
- There are Fantastic Public Golf, Tennis and Marina facilities about a mile away.
