Cozy Condo Just Steps from the Beach

Cozy one-bedroom condo with brand new décor and furnishings is located on the second floor of a quaint two story building just steps from beautiful Hollywood Beach and nationally rated “Broadwalk”. This 15-unit building has friendly neighbors that enjoy the common area to read a book, watch the sunset, or barbeque. Or maybe you would prefer to rent a bicycle and explore the length of the Broadwalk and surroundings. You will enjoy being less than one hundred steps to the quiet beach and its beautiful sea breeze (beach chairs and umbrella supplied with the condo). Our condo also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, flat screen TV, DVD player, and more. In the living room is a sofa/bed for overnight guests. The public library is across the street which also includes a cultural center that has planned activities Mon-Fri.
- Short walk to the Broadwalk, the 2.5-mile-long promenade with outdoor restaurants and shops (including the grocery store)
- Walk to Josh's Organic Market every Sunday morning for garden fresh produce and mouth-watering exotic, tropical smoothies
- 10-minute drive to Gulfstream Park for horse racing, gambling, outdoor cafes, signatures restaurants, fashion boutiques, and popular retailers.
- The Hollywood Trolley makes it easy to get to historic Downtown Hollywood, ArtsPark at Young Circle, kayaking and nature walks at Anne Kolb Nature Center, and much more. The Artwalk on the first Friday evening of the month allows you to visit all the art galleries along Hollywood Boulevard. Also on the Boulevard among the many restaurants and cafes is Cinema Paradiso showing independent and foreign movies.

Loved our beach stay at the Whitehouse!

Perfect location for beach lovers! The condo was very comfortable and we loved being steps from the beach. Susan went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect.

Great neighbors

The closeness to beach was wonderful and the location was far enough away from everything to be peaceful and safe. Building was made up of good people that made us feel part of the area. Only thing needed is a bigger television.

Susan’s place is amazing. Exactly 104 steps from the Beach, you just can’t beat it. Everything was in working order, cooking essentials were great and overall a nice & cozy place within a 2 minute walk to the Beach.

perfect for two beachlovers

The apt was perfect for two people. So close to the beach you didn't need to put on shoes to get there. Other tenants were lovely and hospitable. Hollywood Beach is a must for us every year! Susan is a great host - very responsive!

Light and airy apartment

Spacious and cozy corner apartment on the second floor. Lots of windows with great greenery views and surrounding palm trees, There is a new oven and updated floors.

Steps to beach

My husband and I rented Susan’s condo for the month of January and enjoyed it very much. Neighbors were friendly, steps to the beach, beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler and boogie board all available. The unit is a close enough to walk to Broadwalk but far enough away to be quite. A/C, heat and hot water worked perfectly. I’ve rented other places in Hollywood and had issues with hot water and heat- not a problem here. New stove and full size fridge made it easy to cook dinners at home. Designated parking space is great as parking on the street or lots is costly and fills up. Susan was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely rent again in the future.

Great stay (10/10 would recommend)

I had a great stay at this condo. The location was nice and super convenient. It was nice being so close to the beach. I stayed there for a clinical rotation for PA school and the area was always quiet and great for studying. The condo had all the accommodations for a long stay and Susan was always quiet to respond by text or email if I had any questions. I highly recommend staying here. :)

The location is the best! Just steps from the beach and the Hollywood boardwalk! The condo is very clean. The hostess is very receptive and concerned about our comfort. We have recommended this property to friends and hope to be back!

Nice Cozy Beach Home

This place is less than 100 steps to the beach. Short walk to to broadwalk. Good outdoor gathering areas. The place is very bright. The host is wonderful and very responsive. I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Awesome Visit in Cute Condo

We enjoyed our stay in Susan's beach condo. There were two of us and the condo was the right size for our visit. The condo was definitely in the perfect location. It is within steps of the beach and close enough to the Broadwalk to go out on walks, grab a bite to eat or to just check out the shops. Susan even provided some beach chairs, beach towels, etc. to really enjoy the beach experience. The condo is located a quiet complex and the neighbors we met were very nice, helpful and friendly. Susan was a great hostess. She was able to provide some extra items we asked for - such as a bathroom scale - and she had items in the condo we were not expecting such as hand sanitizer and sanitary wipes. There were even extra light bulbs in the cabinet when needed. Susan always responded promptly if we had any questions. Definitely a good stay and looking forward to a return visit when we make it back to the area. Thank you, Susan, for sharing your cute beach condo!

Perfect

My husband stayed in Susan's condo while working in Florida on a construction project. It was the perfect size for him, very clean and well equipped and was so close to the beach and Boardwalk he did not have to drive to find restaurants or bars. The neighbors in the complex were also very nice. She was even able to let him extend his stay when his job was delayed. Very accommodating and we will definitely book with her again! Great experience!!Thank you Susan!

Wonderful place, great location

We stayed here for 6 weeks April-May and loved every monent of it. We were two adults and one baby and had just the space you need. Susan was kind enough to get us both a crib and high chair for the baby. The apartment is 100 steps from the beach, which was extremely luxurious. The neigbourhood was very calm and quiet, but the Hollywood broadwalk is a short walk away with all it's restaurants and shops. We would love to stay in the apartment again sometime in the future.

Charming beach getaway

My family - 2 adults and a 1 year old - enjoyed this relaxing, ocean-side residence this past March and April. It exceeded our expectations. The owner, Susan, is as charming as the apartment. She was very easy to work with, kept in contact as needed, and was thoughtful in her accommodations. The unit is not expansive, but we found it very adequate for our two-month stay. The kitchen is comfortable to work in and eat in with a two-person table (that can seat four). The seating in the living room is comfortable and I enjoyed the desk in the corner that allowed a space to keep the laptop. The bed is very, VERY comfortable and there is a wall of large closets to keep all your things. The bathroom is likely the original, but that wasn't a problem. In fact, the huge tub was a real enjoyment for my 6'5" husband (though if he were taller he would hit the tub ceiling - the only low ceiling in the condo). There is a step down into the tub and a step up into the bathroom - we had no troubles with either. The extra storage above the tub area was very useful. The air conditioning works very well and the windows open up for great cross breezes through the condo which were lovely during that time of year especially on the safe 2nd floor. Not even 100 steps away is a beautiful, rarely crowded beach. It was amazing!! The condo is located just off the broadwalk. I preferred this verses being directly on the broadwalk which stays pretty noisy at night. It is so picturesque to walk along the broadwalk or enjoy breakfast or an icecream while enjoying that beautiful water. We walked it nearly every day! The sandy beaches are very deep, the clear water perfect, and the town of Hollywood - that feels like stepping back in time to old California or Florida - allows you to live essentially without a car. There's a trolley stop near the condo and restaurants within walking distance. Don't miss food truck Mondays or the many activities and concerts in Arts Park at Young Circle (downtown) or at the library or senior center across the street. We were also in walking distance to the playground. We got internet through our phones. Susan had chairs and umbrellas for us to use, a pretty well-stocked kitchen, and even a grill! Staying here was wonderful and a large part of our falling in love with Hollywood. We've already brought our family back and are very pleased we found Susan and her lovely home on the beach in Hollywood!! Highly recommended!! Enjoy! Thanks Susan!

Wonderful place to stay in Hollywood Beach area

This comfortable condo, although small, suited our needs perfectly. Very well suited for 2 people. Nicely air conditioned and ceiling fans in every room. Nicely located just off the end of the broadwalk in Hollywood beach. The owner dealt quickly with any issues that arose. We were even able to have a nice barbecue with some guests. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We would book this condo again easily if we planned another stay in the Hollywood Beach area.
