SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival.
CLEANING FEES: All cleaning fees must be paid when the reservation is made.
PAYMENTS: A 2.02% surcharge will apply to credit card payments.

This cute little 1 bedroom unit is suitable for 4 guests with a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a set of single bunks off the lounge area. The unit has a fully self- contained kitchen with a fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, little BBQ area out the back. There is a TV in the lounge area and a dining table in the kitchen area. Own bathroom is located off the main bedroom with a shower and toilet.

Linen is not provided. Please note that due to the absence of commercial laundry facilities on the island, linen is not provided for guests. We kindly ask that you bring your own linen such as sheets, pillowcases and towels. Linen supplied will only be: Pillows, doonas, blankets, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. For overseas visitors please contact us. Thank you for your understanding and preparation.

Waste of money

After sitting on the bottom bunk I ended up with either bird lice ore bed bugs all over my body and through my hair, we are very concerned about children who use the bunk beds. No gas in the bbq and very dirty.location was beautiful but a big waste of working hard to save for this holiday. Maitance and lots of work to clean the property needed

Great location, perfect for a small family!

Had a great time and the property was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved kicking the footy in the front yard. The kookaburras were extremely friendly and the boys were petting them. The neighbours were also really friendly. Thanks we will be back. The Cramps

Great Island experience

Unique cottage beautifull gardens and a great bush setting Very quiet and friendly neighours Short stroll to the beach and watch the ships pass by Love the Island lifestyle

Location great handy to beach. However new years parties on both sides of us made it difficult to sleep and relax.

Old and run down granny flat

Old and run down granny flat. No air conditioning and no fans provided. The windows don't open properly and if you do manage to open them the mosquitoes will attack fast. My 2 children were covered in mosquito bites after the first night in this property. No microwave oven due to being on solar power only. No access to the bathroom (from the TV area that has the bunk beds) without going via the bedroom. Very inconvenient if you don't want to be woken up constantly. Only one step above camping. Definitely would not recommend.

Thank you for your negative feedback, clearly you did not look at the amenties this proeprty offers and does not offer before you booked. the advertising does not state that their is air conditioning, fans, or microwave, maybe if you did actually read the ad you would of known all of this. This unit is not old and run down at all, and is defintely not a step up from camping. the unit doors and wndows are all screend very well except for the back kitchen door, so if you leave doors and screens open you would possibly get bitten by mozzies etc. The windows open quite well actually. Very interesting though you didnt mention how you lost the key for the unit in your kids pocket swimming at the beach, and after you lose the key trying to make out someone stole your sun glasses from inside the unit. We did advise this was a property with 3 units located on the property and to consider your neighbours during your stay. It is very intersting that you write such a horrible review but you stayed there quite well without a worrd of anything
