The separate dining area provides plenty of space for gathering together, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for two and everything you need for home-cooked breakfasts, beach snacks or family dinners.

The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable queen bed, tv and a private balcony with seating for two - the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The en suite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with a built in bench for added comfort. The guest bedroom also includes a queen bed, tv and access to its own private balcony. Reserved garage parking for 2 cars (Oversized SUVs and Trucks may not fit.) Parking spaces accommodate two standard-size vehicles. Larger SUVs, trucks, or oversized vehicles are limited to one space only. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6'5". Oversized vehicles must fit entirely within one marked parking space and may not extend into adjacent spaces. For additional details, please refer to the check-in information.

High-speed Internet/WIFI is available for guest use. Handicap friendly (elevator building). The rooftop pool is open for the summer season, and closed from September to May.

Please note: There are exterior security cameras in the parking garage.

Please Note: Per HOA requirements, the community's designated pest control vendor performs scheduled treatments on the third Tuesday of each month. Property access is required to complete this mandatory service; however, guests are not required to be present. Guests will receive at least 12 hours' advance notice via email, text, or phone prior to entry in accordance with Tybee Vacation Rentals policies. We appreciate your understanding as these routine treatments help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
