Stay in a piece of history. Mulberry Manor is the entire first floor of an historic 1870 home in an exceptional location of downtown Lebanon. Located just a few steps off Broadway, the most desired and vibrant venue for street festivals, just half-a-block from Blues Fest, the Carriage Parade, enjoy live music, cafes, restaurants and the Golden Lamb ā€” all at your fingertips. After exploring the downtown shops on foot, relax in front of the smart tv, and soak in the welcoming and gracious atmosphere you will feel the second you step in.
You will have the entire first floor of an historic house built in 1870 with its hardwood floors, French doors, and 10-foot ceilings. In the summer, pick fresh produce from the backyard garden, or relax in the private, professionally-landscaped backyard.
There is self check-in for your convenience, but your host is close by in case you need anything. A queen-sized bed is in the bedroom, and a single daybed that also has pull-out single trundle bed is in the back of the dining room. A washer / dryer is in there for your convenience at no cost with laundry supplies provided.
There is the potential for noise as this apartment, though almost all guests describe the location as ā€œquiet.ā€ It is located in the heart of downtown and gets a lot of foot traffic out front during the day, as well as traffic noises and music from nearby venues. On the weekends, there are fantastic street parties and you will be within walking distance.
One long-term tenant resides on the second floor, and occasionally you may hear footsteps from above. However, the entrances are completely separate and the HVAC systems are completely separate. The first floor has its own central air conditioning unit, furnace, and hot water heater.
Street parking is available, and there are three (free) city parking lots within 100 yards of the apartment.
Rules here include no smoking or vaping, no parties, no pets, and no unregistered overnight guests. All guests must upload a government-issued, photo ID to this host within 48 hours of confirmation that will be matched to the persons checking in.

Mulberry Manor is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lebanon. It is centrally located and Ann goes out of her way to ensure that guests feel welcome. We were so impressed with our experience at Mulberry Manor than we plan to return again next year! The house was the cleanest Iā€™d ever been in, decorated beautifully and stocked with an assortment of yummy snacks. As cozy as the North Pole

Very cute and quaint yet comfortable. The host is very attentive (thanks for the terrific homemade apple pie!) but not interfering. The unit is exceptionally well appointed and perfectly located in Lebanon. We love that itā€™s a first floor unit. Will definitely be back.

Weekend wedding

We stayed for the weekend for my nieces wedding. Ann was an awesome host. We arrived last tge first night and came in to find a lovely homemade pie! The home is located in the heart of Lebanon, which is darling. The home is cozy, beautifully decorated and Ann is the best host, she could not be more accommodating!

Great Location

The Mullberry Manor is just as described. Very clean, easy check in and awesome location to everything! Ann was awesome in communication and baked an apple pie for us. What a great way to be welcome. We enjoyed walking the downtown, which is right outside your door. Shopping and spent time driving around to surrounding towns and spent the evening at the LaComdedia Club in Springboro. I highly recommend this beautiful home if you are in the area. Thank you, Ann.

Amazing location and setup!

There are those rare places you visit while you travel where you can tell that the hostess has a sincere passion for providing the best possible experience. Ann has created this one-of-a-kind renovated historic accommodation for her visiting family and been gracious enough to rent it out to the rest of us. It is extremely comfortable, stocked with more supplies than I have ever seen and incredibly convenient to the adorable downtown area of Lebanon. Her carefully chosen decorations are stimulating and help make time spent inside during cold winter days a pleasant experience. Thanks Ann for an amazing stay!
