Thanks Nerida :) Hope to see you again! Yes

Thank you for staying at Stone, Sand & Sea -Rye! You were great guests and I’m pleased you enjoyed your stay and enjoyed the home :) I have the pool professionally cleaned fortnightly so I was disappointed to hear there was some debris in the pool - although I do know we’ve had some strong winds lately so I guess it’s unavoidable at times. We hope we will see you again soon!

Thank you Judy!!! You were a pleasure to host! Hope to see you again :)

Wonderful & I’m happy to hear you found the home comfortable! Glad you had a nice time despite the weather and were able to accommodate your fur babies :)

Hi Melissa, so glad you enjoyed staying at Stone, Sand & Sea! You were fabulous guests… hope you can come back in the warmer weather sometime. ☀️🏊 Warm regards Lucia

Thank you Stephen! You were great guests… hope to host you again!

Hi Liana, glad you enjoyed the house and your stay!! I’m sorry you didn’t find the beds to your liking. It’s funny as only a few weeks ago I had guests messaging me literally asking where I got the mattresses from as they found them exceptionally comfortable! Im sorry they didn’t suit you… they are quite expensive mattresses as I know this is an important element to a memorable stay.

Thank you for your review Christy… so glad you enjoyed the home and pool and found it well resourced. Good news is NBN will be installed in our area in the next couple of weeks!! This is very exciting as this will give the home excellent internet coverage! Regards Lucia

Thank you Nikki! Glad you enjoyed the home. You were amazing guests with great communication and very helpful with allowing the tradesmen in to fix the gate. I hope to host you again!

Hi Heruni, I’m glad you enjoyed the house, 😊 but extremely disappointed to hear a couple of things weren’t up to standard. This is very unusual as no one has ever complained… quite the opposite, I usually get compliments. I wish you had told me when you rang to ask if you could use the complimentary firewood as I would have sent someone around. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Regards Lucia

Thank you for your lovely review Elizabeth :) I’m glad you enjoyed the home and found it comfortable. That outdoor area with all the seating is definitely relaxing! I agree in regard to the internet on the Peninsula. It’s is problematic for all who live in the area, however I believe good news is on the way with internet upgrades currently underway. I’m unsure why the supply of pods was low, my fabulous cleaners usually always put out some supplies of all the basics to get guests started. It was a quick turnaround with guests leaving on the day you arrived so perhaps it was just an oversight. Thanks for looking after the house and being great guests!

It makes me very happy to hear you enjoyed the home Hugh. I love it and glad to hear you d

Thank you so much for your feedback. As a result of your feedback I now have 10 dining chairs and have upgraded to the NBN. :)

I’m so pleased you enjoyed the house and had a wonderful stay Karen!!! That’s great news ! Thank you for your feedback regarding beach towels. Honestly I don’t get international visitors so I’ve never found this an issue for guests but I’ll give it some thought for people travelling from overseas. :) The reason I don’t supply them is due to accomodating 11 guest. I’d have to store about 30 towels (which are large and bulky). This is logistically difficult when I’m also supplying all linen, bath towels & hand towels as I also have about 30 sets of these as well. Sure, some will be with the laundry service at any given time, but it still requires a huge amount of storage space in the house. In Australia I know I usually need to bring a towel unless staying at a major hotel. I’m glad this didn’t affect your stay, and I hope I’ve solved your puzzle :)

Thanks for your feedback, Afi. Most importantly I’m really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the home, the swimming pool, and the early check-in. I appreciate you bringing the other points to my attention and will be sure to pass them on to the cleaning team so they can be addressed promptly. I always aim to provide a high standard for guests, and your comments help ensure that continues. Regarding shampoo and conditioner, you’re absolutely right — I have deliberately chosen not to provide single-use bottles as part of an effort to reduce waste and environmental impact, a trend most hosts are adopting, however in future I’ll make sure guests are aware before arriving. Thanks again for staying and for taking the time to share your experience.

Thank you Selin, hope to host you again!!!

It was a pleasure hosting you and your family. Hope to see you again!!!
