Fantastic stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful. Location is great. Place itself was very clean, comfortable and lacked nothing. Perfect for our family. Fully recommend.

Lovely and dog friendly

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds good set up . Plenty of games for wet weather, easy access to the beach. Easy to care for dog, fully fenced area.

Fantastic getaway

We had a fantastic 3 night getaway over Australia Day weekend. Very well equipped place and convenient location. Great layout of outdoor and indoor living spaces made for a comfortable stay for adults, kids and dogs. Had heaps of fun with table tennis table too. Would love to stay again.

Great family holiday!

Our two weeks at Balloch at Blairgowrie was very relaxing and a great place to have a family holiday. The house is very clean, has great facilities inside & outside, there is air conditioning throughout the house. Kaylene & Craig were exceptional to deal with from the initial booking and information about the area".

Amazing beach stay

Our stay here exceeded my expectations! Upon walking into the property I was impressed by the layout! The garden is gorgeous and the house itself was clean and well appointed. We loved the location and the table tennis was a hit ! My fur baby loved it as well. Thank you for an amazing stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

Great property

Excellent communication and a perfect place for a family. The kids loved all the games, lego and DVDs and another feature was the aircon (reverse cycle) units in each room which is not that common in holiday rentals. We'll stocked kitchen. Would definitely consider again.

Excellent property, well maintained

This was our first stay with our puppies. Great location and property was in excellent condition as described. Great communication from the start until after checkout. Perfect!!!!!

Thanks Craig and Kaylene for a wonderful holiday. Balloch is a beautiful property and the photographs don’t do it justice. Everything is well planned out and convenient. We had a fabulous 2 night stay and kids loved playing with the board games as well as table tennis and cricket. The garden and outdoor setting is beautiful and user friendly and the nearby gorgeous beaches are within walking distance. We would definitely like to come back for a longer holiday.

Absolutely amazing

We stayed for 7 nights and absolutely loved it very clean, spacious and comfortable, home away from home it’s completely packed with full kitchen pots pans utensils cleaning products we where shocked. adult rooms are on opposite sides of the house so perfect if you have crying baby’s they will not disturb another couple we have a 3 year old and 6 month old and we didn’t want to leave very safe for kids completely closed in private front yard for the kids to play in full view of the lounge and kitchen air conditioning in every room literally 2 min drive to Blairgowrie shops and beach kaylene was fantastic to deal with very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and flexible checkout was great didn’t have to rush when we where leaving we will definitely be back

Beach Weekend

Everything was good - location, overall layout and amenities, etc. Nice to have the pingpong table as well. I've been in the vacation rental business in the past, and the only issues I want to mention is that the floors were not clean when we checked in, and I think it's fairly typical to have some kind of body wash product for guest use, and some oven mitts. The houses on either side are quite a bit closer than it appears when looking at the house from the road, so there is potential for noise, including the neighbors having a late-night Monopoly game that was distracting.

Our fav holiday accomodation

It has everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. Well equiped, clean, comfortable, well located and pet friendly. Can’t ask for more than that.

Relaxed stay

All cooking utensils you might want. 2 différents wings with a bathroom each. Separate toilet in one wing. 2 decks . Quiet but might be different in summer because not far from Melbourne rd. Within a 15 minutes walk from fabulous cafes, shops and restaurants on the bay side. Allows pets 👍👍

Our favourite holiday accomodation

This was our second stay at this property. Everything was as explained in the listing. Property kept well and very clean. Kaylene and Craig are always quick to respond and even notified us when property was available for check in abit earlier. Looking forward to staying again. Great house and great location

This is my third stay at this property. Unlike many others I have stayed in it has absolutely everything you need. It is such a great house- layout, location and generous amenities provided. It’s quiet and a quick 10 minute walk to the shops and beach. The owners are delightful to deal with and very accommodating. I will be back.
