great location, beautiful home

this is probably one of my favorite vrbo stays, this house is older but maintained very well with a newer remodel. The location was an easy walk to the town square. very clean and communication was fantastic as well.

Absolutely lovely historical home, with comfortable upgrades. The hosts were amazing and the location was perfect! Also, the first VBRO that did not have a laundry list of chores I had to do before I left. Of course, we still cleaned up after ourselves but it was nice.

Lovely home

We loved all the amenities and the snacks, water, and hygiene products were great! It was the attention to detail. The home was comfortable for a large family and even with one room being warm, the owner made sure we were comfortable. She answered our call late at night! Home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We appreciated all the coffee and seeing the historical features were great!

Oliviaā€™s 2nd birthday celebration

Julie was super attentive to answer any questions about the property before our visit. We were in town for a birthday celebration with large family group. Our stay was comfortable in the house. There was tons of room for the 6 of us. I always worry about being cool enough at night during the hot summer. AC in family room and all the ceiling fans in bedrooms made for comfortable nights. There were plenty of towels, nice snacks, drinks, condiments, detergent and just everything we needed. The historical information posted in the house was interesting. Our 5 and 9 year old were enthralled with the old encyclopedias having never seen any! Ha

Wedding travelers

This is a lovely and comfortable home with a nice, well-stocked kitchen. The host is very accommodating and responsive to questions. The only suggestion we have for improvement is to avoid washing the sheets in scented detergents and fabric softeners (was an issue in the downstairs bedroom only). We are sensitive to the perfumes. Thank you.

A Lockhart gem!

An amazing stay for our family gathering. Close to town, very clean, super cute and STOCKED with it all! We were very impressed with all the extra toiletries, snacks and kitchen items.

Comfortable oasis in Lockhart Texas

Well stocked, comfortable home in a low key neighborhood in Lockhart, TX. Everyone was happy and comfortable with the house and the property. Owners have it nicely supplied with everything and more than a hotel is able to offer. They were helpful and informative without being intrusive. Would definitely stay there again.

The Perfect Getaway

This house was furnished perfectly, and provided a ton of bang for your buck. Lockhart is a great option thatā€™s close to all the attractions but is still affordable. The beds are so comfy and we loved our time here as a great place to rest after long days on the river and lake. The back yard is massive and I really wish there was a fire pit or a pool because that would make this actually the best VRBO ever!!!

Exceeded expectations

The property was clean, well-stocked, and conveniently located in Lockhart. Bathrooms are updated in adorable style! We had chosen Lockhart as a central location for our family to visit some Texas history locations and it was such a comfortable place to come back to at the end of each day. Kids loved the games provided and we wanted for nothing! What a great place!

Beautiful home is a perfect place to stay!

Immaculate! Lots of space! Big yard and quiet patio to sit and visit, read or work on your laptop. This home is in mint condition and has everything you could possible want or need. We slept in the master bedroom with the king bed. Really comfortable! Our host was a perfect 10! Easy to communicate. Thank you for a great couple of days in Lockhart!

Beautiful, charming property

This is a wonderful immaculate older but up dated home that is beautifully decorated with antique charm. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms an a fully supplied kitchen. Owner was responsive and kind as we were there to attend a funeral. Will stay again when in town

AMAZING property! AMAZING Property Manager!

This home is absolutely charming and meticulously decorated. Quiet historic neighborhood gives the property a "country" feel. The four bedroom home is large enough where seven adults and a 13 year old had room to move around, as well as have our own private space. The property manager has made sure her guests have all the amenities and comforts of home plus some little extra touches to make you feel welcome. Every inch of the home was EXCEPTIONALLY clean . We felt privileged to have been able to spend the weekend at this glorious home!
