DOG POLICY:
We accept one housebroken, crate-trained, non destructive, non shedding, well-behaved dog for an additional fee. The entry pathway is a fenced dog area. We do not accept cats or puppies or any other kind of animal.

- Your personal deck with 2 chairs and a weber grill overlooking the creek, river, marsh and yard.
- Our dock is shared use. Enjoy the Kayaks and SUP.
- The gravel pad has parking for up to 2 cars.
- You do not have use of the backyard. The yard is reserved for owners and family use only.
- Maximum 2 adults and one young child.
- We cannot accommodate your boat tied to the dock.

* NO VISITORS ALLOWED:
Only the reserved guests are allowed on the premises. Visitors are considered to be trespassing and will be asked to leave.

This is Not the place for you to blast music and hoot and holler or be stumbling drunk.

Extended Long Stays have different policies:
- Guests staying longer than 28 nights must pay for additional cleanings. Cleaning is required minimum once monthly. Fee added later.
- Guests staying longer than 28 nights have the damage protection fee added once a month.
- Guests staying longer than 28 nights requires an HVAC filter change once a month.
- Guests staying longer than 28 nightswill have a customized payment schedule.
- Guests staying longer than 28 nights will have a different cancellation policy.
- Guests staying longer than 28 nights will have to submit a refundable security deposit Hold.
