Your friendly furry friend is welcome! The pathway is a fenced dog area. We will accept one housebroken, crate-trained well-behaved dog for an additional fee. Please let us know your dog's breed, age, and weight. We do not accept cats or puppies or any other kind of animal.

NO VISITORS POLICY:
The property is exclusively for your enjoyment and ONLY for you and the number of guests booked. Privacy is important. If you plan to have an occasional daytime visitor, discuss this with us before booking. This is not a "hangout" place.

Extended Long Stays have different policies:
- Guests staying longer than 28 nights must pay for additional cleanings. Cleaning is required minimum once monthly. Fee added later.
- Guests staying longer than 28 nights have the damage protection fee added once a month.
- Guests staying longer than 28 nights requires an HVAC filter change once a month.
- Guests staying longer than 28 nightswill have a customized payment schedule.
- Guests staying longer than 28 nights will have a different cancellation policy.
- Guests staying longer than 28 nights will have to submit a refundable security deposit Hold.
