Small cottage on the Jersey Shore/Lake Como/Belmar

Cute cottage 5 blocks from beach, 2 blocks from Bar A, walking distance to Belmar shopping stores restaurants PRIME LOCATION!
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: The borough of Lake Como requires a Photo Drivers License and car info from everyone who is on the reservation, this is not my rule, its the townships rule. You must send your photo Drivers License ID here in the app so I can submit it to the township. Also, please know there is a noise ordinance must be quiet after 10pm, thank you :)

**there is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind on premises any person smoking is immediate termination of your reservation. No refund. You will incur a $500 clean up fee in addition to your cancellation.

*** four adult beach badges are included in your stay and will be returned to me at checkout. Failure to do so will incur a $100 fee per badge not returned. Thank you for your cooperation!

** all persons on the reservation MUST be 25 years or older unless accompanied by their parents; this will be the only exception. For example: parents who have young children between the ages of newborn and 18 years old, and must be staying with said children the entire reservation. Please must be supervised at all times. Please do not leave children unattended.

*I am a huge dog/animal lover, but I am very sorry I can NOT accommodate anyone with pets, as I am highly allergic. It is also a process with the township to have your pet registered here, and since most people only stay a few days it’s not really worth the hassle. There’s also too much of a quick turn around between guests, and if by some chance your pet gets sick, there will not be enough time to clean up a smell. It breaks my heart to turn people away with pets so please don’t ask. Thank you for respecting my wishes :)
