Set across two levels, the home offers plenty of space and privacy for all guests. The generous master suite includes a TV, ample storage, and a spacious ensuite with a relaxing bath. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, along with a central bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.

The open-plan living area is designed for comfort and connection, with leather lounges, a Smart TV, R/C air conditioning, and a wood fire (please bring your own wood) for cosy evenings. The home also includes a Rennai gas heater plus reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms for year-round comfort. The living space flows into the dining area and modern kitchen, complete with electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and coffee plunger.

Outdoors, the home opens to a leafy, fully fenced backyard and BBQ courtyard—ideal for alfresco dining and relaxed afternoons. The secure garden provides a safe space for pets to explore and enjoy.

BYO linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats, tea towels). Linen hire available by prior arrangement.
Pets are welcome, with up to two well-behaved dogs permitted at no additional cost. Please bring your own pet bedding, bowls, and towels.
Tip: For guests wanting firewood, small bags are often available from the IGA Local Grocer Queenscliff on Hesse Street and sometimes from BP near the entrance to town, depending on stock availability.
Parking is off-street on the Old Geelong Road side of the property, with space for one car. Please note there is a caravan on one side of the driveway.
