Built on a private land of 4.500 m2, Villa Palena is located just 350 meters on foot away from the beautiful, sandy beach of Marathi and several tavernas. It is fully equipped to meet your needs with exclusive amenities such as its sports field, spa room, recreation room, smart living areas, and relaxation spots that are scattered throughout the premises, all the while offering ample space and privacy.
Covering 520 m2 across four levels, Villa Palena accommodates up to 14 guests in seven elegant en-suite bedrooms, with the option to host up to 20 guests if needed.
Ground Floor - Open-plan living & dining area:
-Living room: Large corner sofa, 55" HDTV with Netflix, and coffee table.
-Indoor dining: Dining table with seating for 14 guests.
-Fully equipped kitchen: Built-in appliances, wine cooler, and island breakfast counter with 14 stools.
-Conveniences: Luggage stroller available on this floor.
-Pool access: Glass sliding doors from the living room, dining area, and kitchen provide direct access to the pool terrace.
-Bathroom: Bathroom with shower, washing machine, and clothes dryer.
-Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, air conditioning, 32" TV, closet, safe, and direct access to a veranda.


First Floor
-Bedroom 2 - Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub, air conditioning, 32" TV, closet, safe, and direct access to a shared balcony with sea views. Includes a single pull-out sofa bed for the 15th guest.
-Bedroom 3 - Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with hydromassage stand-alone shower, air conditioning, 32" TV, closet, safe, and direct access to a shared balcony with sea views. Includes a single pull-out sofa bed for the 16th guest.
-Bedroom 4: King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), convertible into two twin-size beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) upon request. Also features an ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, air conditioning, 32" TV, closet, safe, and direct access to a shared balcony with sea views. Includes a single pull-out sofa bed for the 17th guest.
-Bedroom 5: King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, air conditioning, 32" TV, closet, safe, and direct access to a shared balcony with sea views. Includes a single pull-out sofa bed for the 18th guest.


Attic
Two bedrooms: Both bedrooms feature sliding doors and direct access to a large shared balcony with sea views.
-Bedroom 6: King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), convertible into two twin-size beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) upon request. Ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, air conditioning, 32" TV, closet, safe, mini fridge, and direct access to the shared balcony.
-Bedroom 7: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, air conditioning, 32" TV, closet, safe, mini fridge, and direct access to the shared balcony.


Lower Floor
Recreation room: Corner sofa, two pull-out sofa beds for the 19th and 20th guests, 65" HDTV with Netflix, PlayStation 5, home cinema system, OSIO small and LG large Bluetooth speakers, selection of games, pool table, and table football.
Spa area: Marble hammam for up to 6 guests, wooden sauna accommodating up to 7 guests, 6-seater hot tub, 4 chaise longues, and massage bed.
Fitness area: Elliptical machine, static bicycle, and additional exercise equipment.
Kitchenette: Available for preparing light refreshments.
Additional facilities: Bathroom with shower, separate additional shower, and dressing room.
Pool access: Stairs from this floor provide direct access to the pool area.


Outdoor Area - Spacious grounds: 2,500 m2 of private outdoor space designed for relaxation and entertainment.
-Private swimming pool: 50 m2 pool, 1.50 m deep. Pool heating is available at an additional charge and must be requested in advance for the entire stay, with at least one weeks notice.
-Pool terrace: 8 comfortable sunbeds, 2 double daybeds, 2 bean bag loungers, hanging egg chair, hammock, side tables, large corner sofa with coffee table, 4 cuddler sofas, 4 large umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.
-Outdoor dining & barbecue: Shaded pergola with gas barbecue and dining table for 14 guests. Outdoor kitchen with sink, small fridge, freezer, and stools. An additional table with 4 high chairs is located just outside the kitchen.
-Childrens facilities: Table tennis, playground, and lawn-covered areas around the pool, ideal for children to play.
-Sports field: Backyard sports field with facilities for basketball, soccer, and other sports.
-Parking: Ample parking space available within the villa premises.
-Privacy & security: The entire outdoor area is fenced and features a private gated entrance.

Exclusive outdoor relaxation area, available to guests staying at the villa. Located on a peaceful private property just a short distance from the villa and surrounded by beautiful olive trees, this outdoor space has been created especially for guests who arrive early or have a late departure due to their flight schedules.
Our complimentary facilities offer the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. You are welcome to leave your luggage securely while enjoying a refreshing drink and relaxing in the beautiful surroundings.
