This spacious (1274 sq feet) unit faces the mountain and features great views of the ski slopes and the Ten Mile Range and is located just 40 yards from the American Eagle lift in Centre Village. There are two spacious bedrooms, three renovated bathrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with 180 degree views of the ski slope and surrounding ranges and an open fireplace.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Each of the two bedrooms have two queen-size beds. That's four queen beds altogether. And there are three bathrooms. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper as well.
All up we can sleep eight altogether, all in proper beds. More if you include the Queen sofa sleeper. There's a remodeled well-equipped kitchen, all-new kitchen appliances., a private enclosed balcony, wood-burning fireplace [free wood], three TVs, HBO, three VCRs, two DVDs. There's free high-speed cable Internet (WiFi) and three private ski lockers on the first floor.
The building features a childcare center, shops, the most popular restaurant/bar at Copper (Ten Mile tavern - formerly Endo's), an outdoor hot tub each with mountain views, an outdoor gas grill, two elevators, washers and dryers, and parking in the building.
And we are steps from the free shuttle bus to the kids' ski school and the bus for Frisco.
Our building is in the center of all the action, it fronts the ski area and is steps from the main lift, the Eagle, in Center Village. With ski lockers on the first floor, and parking in the building or on the adjacent lot the start and end to your day couldn’t be easier.
When you finish a hard day's skiing or snow boarding you will really appreciate the location ... a short level walk to the ski locker and then the elevator almost to your door.
We can provide helpful advice on how you can save money on lift tickets and equipment rental.
Cleaning at the end of your stay, all bed linen and towels are included.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Pets are NOT allowed and smoking of any substance is not permitted in our building.
* Check-in generally after 4:00PM and check-out is generally by 10:00AM
* We accept VISA, & MasterCard.
* allow for 8.375% tax and $175.00 for final cleaning
* A refundable security deposit of $400.00 is required at time of booking. It is refunded at the end of your stay
* You can generally pay half on booking with the balance due one month prior to arrival
* Our cancellation policy provides for loss of 50% of the rental amount if cancelled 30-60 days before check-in and forefeiture of the entire amount if cancelled less than one month (30 days) before check-in UNLESS we can rent to someone else (and generally we can) in which case we will charge the first night's fees and refund the balance. The minimum cancellation penalty is therefore the first night's stay.
* 8 IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ADULT GUESTS ALLOWED.
* 2-3 nights is the minimum nights we book except to fill an opening in our rental schedule.
