Awesome house! Large well equipped kitchen, laundry, pool table, family room area with TV and comfy furniture. The outdoor area was the best! Pool, hot tub, area to eat - and quiet! Jen was easy to communicate with - responsive and gracious. Good restaurants and a variety of activities close by. Hope to return next year!

Good times

Great place to stay. Everyone had a great time hiking the nearby trails. The pool and hot tub were nice as the weather got hot. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to Jen's home in Peoria - a beautiful house/property in a great location. Jen was quick to respond to any query and always there to ensure our month's stay was relaxing and worry-free.

Fantastic in every way!

We absolutely loved everything about this beautiful home! It was very comfortable for the 6 adults in our group. The hot tub and pool were greatly enjoyed. The location is close to shopping and restaurants but feels very secluded from the busyness of the city. This is definitely one of our favorite Vrbo rentals and we would love to stay here again.

Relaxing home in a very quiet neighborhood. Great house with the three bedroom setup with each having there own full bathrooms. Outside pool and patio area work great for games and relaxing.

Third Time @ Casa Puesta Del Sol

We have stayed at Casa Puesta Puesta Del Sol 3 times and obviously have enjoyed this home. House is always clean, very well equipped, and Jen has always been responsive to any needs we have had. And you must see the outside area will pool, sitting and eating areas and beautiful landscaping to really appreciate this house.

Desert paradise

Our family came to AZ from FL for a little vacation and send off to our daughters 1st year attending Arizona State university … we truly loved this home, it was everything we wanted and more . We enjoyed the wild life in the yard , the peacefulness and overall ambiance of the property . We will definitely be back

Amazing House - all you need for a fun family vacation

The house is amazing, plenty of space, amazing games, amazing inside and outside. The best house I have rented so far and we travel two or three times a year to either cabins, houses or private rentals. Jen was so kind and always keep in communication. We did not need anything, the house had it all

House was very nice. Sun light is blocked by trees but still nice. Pool does get some issues due to trees falling leafs. Had a hot tub issue but host made it right

We came back

Many reviews discuss the home interior, which is great. But I really like the outside spaces. The pool, hot tub, sitting areas, are fantastic. You can rent a home in the Phoenix area and get privacy outside by 5 foot high block walls a few feet in front of you. But at Casa Puesta Del Sol your outdoor privacy is from fantastic landscaping and space. This home is on 1-1/2 acres not a 50 foot city lot. And Peoria is definitely the up and coming area in the Phoenix area. Stores, restaurants and great hiking trails near by. We will be back!

Secluded Paradise!

We spent 11 lovely nights at the desert oasis! The home was amazing. We spent most of our time reading by the pool, enjoying the sweet bunnies and birds that visited us. Coming from the PNW all we wanted was warmth, sun and a pool!!The only issue we had was the never ending tree flowers dropping on the pathways and in the pool. It caused issues with the pool PH and pump. Which meant we had to constantly ask the very helpful pool guys to help us out! We kept very busy trying to help keep the pedals/leaves out of the pool. So, if you don’t mind being proactive “helpers” this time of year, you’ll love the stay! The yard and landscaping is amazing but a serious tree trimming near the pool needs to be done to make it perfect! ( The VRBO site pictures of desert oasis are not recent). Luckily, Jennifer gave us access to the leaf blower in the garage so we used it non stop!! The lot is huge, we felt like we were at an exclusive resort all alone! We enjoyed walking to some nearby trails and taking in all the beautiful desert cacti. We would definitely come back … after the tree drops its flowers!!

5th time we have stayed at Casa Puesta Del Sol and as usual, the home is great! Last year I mentioned to Jen that the BBQ grill was getting old and that the hot tub needed service. This year there was a new professional style grill and the hot tub worked much better. This is what happens when you rent directly from the owner and not through a management company that has many homes to maintain. Jen, the owner, listens and is concerned that her renters are taken care of. And each year there are new restaurants and stores in the Peoria area.

Wonderful Home and Location!

We spent three relaxing weeks at this amazing property! The house was quiet and private but close to shopping, hiking and golf. The view is spectacular - we enjoyed beautiful evening sunsets while sitting by the fire. The home was clean, has comfortable beds and is very well appointed. The owner Jen has added many thoughtful touches for her guests and was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

Incredible home!

We've never had a nicer rental. There were six of us--my wife and myself, my sister-in-law and her husband, and our son and his new wife. Each couple had a comfortable bedroom (and bed), with either a large in-suite bathroom or full bathroom nearby. The house itself is clean, well-maintained, well-designed, well-decorated and spacious. The yard is beautifully planted, nicely secured with a fence, well-maintained and tastefully furnished for lounging and entertaining. Although a little cool most days, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub during the daytime, as well as the fire pit and fireplace at night. The house is located in an upscale neighborhood of similarly attractive homes. This house literally has everything. We were more than comfortable and felt pampered by the owner, Jen. She had thought of everything and even provided an assortment of coffee and tea pods for the Keurig. We took turns preparing dinner at night, and the kitchen lacked for nothing. We had a problem with the garbage disposal, but Jen had it fixed within hours. Jen's notes on the house and neighborhood (e.g., groceries and restaurants) were much appreciated. All in all, she was an excellent and caring host.

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful. Very relaxing and comfortable. Close to everything yet feels very private. Jen doesn't miss a beat. The house has everything you need and then some. My husband loved that there was a ton of stocked coffee pods to choose from. Plenty of extra towels and linens. The house is very well stocked. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be renting Jen's house again. The backyard is amazing!!

Amazing Property

The home, location and view are spectacular. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean and stocked with everything you need. If you’re looking for relaxation and privacy, this is the place. The pool is larger than it appears on-line and was serviced by a very nice Gentleman while we were there who left it spotless. It seems the owner thought of everything. This location will be our go to when we visit the Phoenix area.

Great property

Great house! Plenty of room for our family . The pool was great and when it got really hot the air conditioners and the house were perfect. We ate all of our meals outside and couldn’t have asked for a better time. Definitely recommend for family getaways!

Wonderful Home!

We had a great time at this home, everything was as advertised. I hesitate to give it such a good review because I want to keep it all to myself! The pool was nice and warm, so many people cut corners and have a freezing pool you cant even use but not Jens house! The kitchen was fantastic for Thanksgiving dinner, we lacked for almost nothing as this owner has covered all the bases. All the beds were very comfortable, Our only complaint was the TV in the master bedroom did not work for some reason. Its a great lot and location, very private and fantastic sunsets. See you soon Jen!

Amazing home.

I came to Arizona to celebrate my 30th birthday. The house exceeded all expectations and we had a great time. It was our first time visiting Arizona and we loved every moment. The property manager was great and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Desert Dream House!

We truly could not have found a more beautiful, extremely well thought and inviting house to spend four days with life long friends! We travel together often and wanted a relaxing oasis to just “get away from it all”! We sure found a gem! All the amenities listed were fantastic and the desert did not disappoint with its warm in the day and beautiful colors as the sun set! We already are thinking about when we can return! ~~D & S —D & T~~
