Paradise Palms Retreat is a spacious private property in North County San Diego built for bringing people together. With room for up to 16 overnight guests, multiple living spaces, a detached game room, extensive outdoor entertaining areas, and parking for up to 14 vehicles, the property works especially well for families, group trips, reunions, and approved private gatherings.

THE PROPERTY

The home offers multiple levels of living and sleeping space, giving larger groups room to spread out while still having plenty of shared areas to spend time together.

The main level serves as the center of the home with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, two King suites, and an additional sleeping space.

Downstairs, guests will find additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a separate Media Room with a Queen sleeper sofa.

The private top-floor Penthouse Bedroom includes a Queen bed, TV, separate entry, and views across the property, Vista, and North County San Diego.

OUTDOOR LIVING

One of the highlights of Paradise Palms Retreat is its private tropical setting.

Approximately 3,500 sq. ft. of outdoor entertaining space is surrounded by mature palms and landscaping and includes:

* Custom fire pit
* Outdoor kitchen
* Outdoor dining and lounge areas
* Custom evening landscape and overhead lighting
* Large open entertaining area
* Parking for up to 14 vehicles

Whether you’re having dinner outside, gathering around the fire pit, or spending an evening under the palms, the outdoor space gives larger groups plenty of room to enjoy the property together.

DETACHED CASITA / GAME ROOM

The detached Casita has been converted into a dedicated Game Room with ping pong, TV, bar-style seating, lounge space, and games.

Because it is separate from the main house, it gives guests another place to spend time together without crowding the home’s primary living areas.

Paradise Palms Retreat is located in Vista in North County San Diego, providing convenient access to many of the area’s most popular destinations.

Guests can easily reach North County beaches, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Encinitas, LEGOLAND California, the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, restaurants, breweries, shopping, and other San Diego attractions.

You get the space and privacy of a large property while remaining within reach of the coast and surrounding North County communities.

WEDDINGS & PRIVATE EVENTS

Paradise Palms Retreat may accommodate select weddings, celebrations, and private events with advance approval.

Our approximately 3,500 sq. ft. outdoor entertaining area, tropical landscaping, evening lighting, and large driveway have made the property a unique setting for intimate gatherings.

All events must be discussed and approved by the host before booking and are subject to an additional event fee based on the size and nature of the gathering.

Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. Exterior security cameras are used to protect the property and verify compliance with occupancy and event policies.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

Paradise Palms Retreat accommodates a maximum of 16 overnight guests.

A three-night minimum stay generally applies. Longer stays may qualify for discounted pricing depending on dates and availability.

Pets may be permitted with prior approval and an additional pet fee.

Parties, weddings, receptions, or other events are not included with a standard overnight reservation and require advance written approval from the host.
