Enjoy an epic mountain vacation with less hassle. The owners have thought of everything with this new (built in 2016), amenity-rich, ground floor unit in Trailhead Lodges: high-end comforts are provided with a private hot tub, hotel-style linens, quality mattresses, leather furniture, high-def TVs, fully stocked kitchen (including staples!), large size front loading washer/dryer, beach towels, pet supplies and more.

The thoughtful sleeping arrangements provided sleep 8 and are perfect for two families: the master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom; the second bedroom offers a king bed that separates to form two XL twins (just let us know which you prefer); and the bunk room features two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Note: the bunk room is a small room and does not have a window or closet, so is best suited for kids.

The free ski shuttle stops nearby. After a day on the slopes, walk to one of the many bars and restaurants located within walking distance of the condo, or cook in the upscale kitchen that features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including gas range), quality pots/pans, lots of cooking utensils, pantry staples like oil, foil and spices, and even kids plates. Then enjoy a nightcap in the PRIVATE hot tub on the patio, or watch a movie on the 55 inch flat screen with a terrific sound system.

This high-tech unit has virtually every technical feature with its two 55 inch HD TVs w/ extended sports package. The bunk room also has a wall-mounted TV that was installed after these photos were taken. Little or big kids can take advantage of a custom game unit built by the owner that has just about every Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega and Atari game made. High speed internet is included w/ additional router for great coverage.

The unit is also close to trails along the Fraser River.

Right across the street is Hideaway Park, which features many concerts and festivals throughout the summer and has a sledding hill in the winter. It also offers covered pavilions, a playground, climbing wall and skate park that can provide hours of fun for the kids!

Let's not forget about your fur babies. Up to two dogs are welcome (extra fees applied). Open up the sliding glass door so the dogs can run and play outside -- just remember to accompany your dogs at all times (or you'll be fined by the HOA), leash them when needed and pick up after your pets, please!

Note, we have a Ring doorbell that takes video. We also have a camera mounted by the hot tub for safety/liability reasons but its view is obscured when the hot tub cover is open. There are no other cameras in the condo.
