The city of Karystos itself is a true gem on the island of Evia: kissed by water, it offers the chance to relax in privacy, or to enjoy the views from one of the trendy beach bars, or to hire a boat or to play any kinds of watersports. All of this at your doorstep!

Inside, the villa rental is set over 2 floors and is accessed via a footpath from the private parking area reserved for the exclusive use of the guests.
On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned open plan living/dining area with big patio doors opening straight to the terrace providing beautiful views over the pool, the sea and the Ochi Mountain at the back.. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. A comfy sofa , a flat-screen TV and wi-fi internet connection (free of charge) are provided.
An internal staircase leads to the floor, where the master bedroom suite is located. As all the other areas of the house, the master bedroom is air-conditioned. It features a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, it is tastefully decorated .

The private swimming pool with its shimmering blue water is the perfect oasis to relax after a hot day on the beach.
It is set at the front of the villa, is equipped with sunbeds and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean shrubs providing privacy.
The pool measures 16m x 5m and depth is between 0.6m and 1.7m. Yet, with a fantatic beach just a couple of steps away, deciding wether to stay by the pool or swim in the Aegean Sea will be a hard task!
