Beautiful and modern. Felt brand new!

We were 3 couples (60+) on a quick getaway. Our biggest problem was deciding who got to stay in the AMAZING master suite!!! Also turned out the other suites were great too. Groceries and downtown were just minutes away and very simple to navigate. It rained all of Thanksgiving Day we were there, so after we got back from brunch, we parked in the garage (HUGE bonus we hadn't considered much before we got there!!!) and then watched ball games and played cards the rest of the day/night. PERFECT time spent with friends! Next time we head that way, we'll definitely stay again!

Great for large groups

Enjoyed our stay celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday. We had 7 people in the house total. The two fold-out cots are only twin sizes (not full/queen) and there was no bedding for them, so if you need to utilize those cots, be sure to let the owner know in advance. Not sure where we would have put the cots if we had more than 7 adults needing beds, however; there wasn’t space in the rooms for them, unless you stuck one in the hallway and one in the master closet. Overall, the house was very nice and we enjoyed using the rooftop to hang out one evening. We ate out for all of the days we were there, so aside from using coffee cups and the champagne flutes, we didn’t really use anything in the kitchen to cook with. The location is in an up and coming neighborhood that has not quite gentrified; overall we felt safe, but I wouldn’t plan on walking around too much. We ubered everywhere, and it was mostly a quick Uber ride to downtown or other places in Nashville. The house provided most of the things we needed, although extra bath towels and some kitchen towels would have been nice. The owner was great with being flexible to let us in early to set up decorations before check-in time and was very responsive. Our last night, the smoke alarm battery started beeping, but we were able to get it to stop temporarily and the owner was quick to help us troubleshoot. Not sure what we would have done if we didn’t have a male present who was 6’5” to take the battery out - the ceilings are very tall and there wasn’t a ladder. Overall, minor hiccups, but it’s a great house for a large group of adults, the owners were very nice and quick to respond, and I would absolutely come here again if I needed a house to accommodate a large party while visiting Nashville.

Nice new townhouse!

We really enjoyed our time together in the townhouse. It was spacious and bright with comfortable beds. The check in and out procees was smooth and the host communicated with us effectively but not too much. We had no issues overall with our stay or with the rental property. The rooftop area had a fantastic view of downtown Nashville and we enjoyed the automatic garage door since we had a car. The neighborhood was not the best I've seen in Nashville, but it appears to be improving and we had no issues or problems and found close by coffee shops and grocery stores that were safe and clean.

Great Place!

We recently rented this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. We would stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay near Downtown Nashville. The hosts were very communicative when I had to reach out with a few questions upon check in. Great experience overall!

Bachelorette Weekend

We had an awesome time at this house celebrating my sister’s bachelorette! We had a group of 8 girls and there was definitely enough space for sleeping arrangements and to hang out in the kitchen/living room area. The house was under 15 minutes to downtown Nashville and multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. I would have to agree with the other reviews that the only negative was the rooftop. The hammock was missing and the furniture was not as clean as we would have liked. Although, because of the heat, we didn’t spend much time up there anyway! The kitchen table allowed all of us to eat breakfast together before going out downtown and the big island in the kitchen was great as well! We had three girls stay in the upstairs bedroom with the 2 beds and the bathroom was perfect. There was enough space for all 3 to get ready without feeling like they were in each other’s way. I would definitely recommend this house for an upcoming bachelorette party! Would definitely book again!

Gorgeous and clean!

Beautiful place, just as the pics stated, although smaller rooms than pics depict. Lovely big kitchen with modern appliances. Just an the edge of down town, in a changing, progressing neighborhood. At first we were taken back a bit at the location, but quickly saw it really is ok. We felt very safe the entire time. Owners are very quick to respond to any questions, which is wonderful. One negative, we were glad it was too hot to enjoy the rooftop patio, because the furniture is quite dirty and torn. The hammock is missing. If we had been wanting to spend lots of time up there, than we would’ve been disappointed. Oh yes, do not bring a large vehicle, expecting to park it in the garage. You can park in front of the complex, but the garage is quite tight. We had 2 smaller SUV’s/crossovers and just barely fit in. Overall, we would come back in a heartbeat!!

Clean, modern, would return again

I was very pleased overall with the location, cleanliness, space, and communication with the owners. The house could use a good deep clean, the hammock was broken and the patio TV didn’t work, but nonetheless it was quite clean and had nice appliances available. We appreciated the owners’ flexibility and recommendations during our stay. I would return in the future and recommend this unit to anyone!

Girls Weekend

Awesome house, great location in terms of getting to downtown Nashville but not the BEST area. Felt very safe though! Had basic supplies, could have used more towels and some basic kitchen items like baking sheets. Would definitely recommend for a large group!

Birthday celebration in Nashville

Just as described. Very spacious could have used a few extra kitchen items such as wine glasses, drinking glasses, automatic drip coffee pot. Also would have likes to have a few extra blankets. The roof top showed bean bags which were not included but would be a nice touch. The place was clean, spacious and easy access to everything in Nashville. Very nice people to rent from. We had a great time. Thank you!
