Clear communication is very important to us, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to only receive the address after having to call. We will review this internally to ensure future guests receive complete and timely instructions. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the location and convenient access to the slopes and village. However, we also truly value your comments regarding the condition of the home. The fireplace maintenance, dining chairs, and outdated television are not reflective of the standard experience we aim to provide. Your feedback has been shared with our team so these items can be properly addressed and improvements prioritized.
