Perfect place to relax!

Teresa was an amazing host and went out of her way to make my stay relaxing! The cottage is fully stocked, clean, and the bed very comfy. Just booked my 2nd stay!

Amazing property

Teresa has an amazing little house with a wonderful deck area. She has provided so many extras that made the stay just perfect. This "gem" is located nearby and we were able to use it when we had a house full of people and needed extra rooms for family. We will definitely book it again1

Great little cottage. More than everything you need. Teresa rocks. Lovely Host. Good location with everything being minutes away. Will be back.

Awesome place, awesome location

My wife and I couldn't have picked a better spot. Teresa is the consummate host. The cottage is neat, clean, and has everything you could want. The location is fantastic for getting anywhere around Wichita, North, South, East, or West. You're surrounded by restaurants and downtown is a very short drive. I'd encourage everyone to stay here but please don't take the dates we plan to return.

If you want to feel at Home

Again I had an extended stay in Wichita and had the pleasure of "living" at the cottage. I can' think of any place else I would of rather spend nearly 3 months! Any others will pail in comparison for me now! Teresa has become a friend now and I feel like I really am leaving my home! Best place EVER!

Work Traveling

I have been staying in the cottage since July thru Sept. Then back again the first of Oct to Nov 3rd. Can I just say how AWESOME staying here is! I cannot imagine staying in a Hotel! It feels like home and Teresa is SO wonderful! It is Exactly as the listing shows! You won't be sorry if you book this cottage!

Absolutely the best!!!

I would love to tell you not to stay here because we always want it available for us, but I can't. We cheated on Theresa once when the place was booked and man was that a mistake. The only thing nicer than the property is the host. The place is super clean, completely stocked, close to anything Wichita, and did I tell you the host is awesome. Once you've found this listing you should book it because if you don't we will.

Never have I ever stayed at a VRBO like this one. Teresa was amazing! She had bagels ready for us when we got there. She was there in a flash when I texted about Roku remote not working and asked if it could be batteries (we could have replaced batteries) and she was 30 minutes away. All the comforts of home which was especially nice since I didn’t feel well the first few days. I can’t say enough about how clean the cottage was. Teresa was like family. I don’t think I’ll be going back to Wichita, but if I do, I’m visiting the Cottage and Teresa. Thank you Teresa for being so wonderful to us.

It was very beautiful. Told person about my spider allergies and where the spiders were and they did nothing but say we spray monthly. The webs were back daily. There was flies everywhere. I have stayed in a country farm with vrbo and did not see an any insects. So if it’s sprayed by a company I would address the issue with them.

Hello Monique, I'm very sorry about your concern about the outdoor spider by the propane tank under the grill. Per our conversation you didn't see any insects inside the home upon your arrival. I do spray regularly inside and outside, but there is nothing I can do to eliminate outdoor insects completely in the heat of Kannsas summers. With you having multiple dogs that are evacuating outside, grilling outdoors and leaving the door to the back patio opened for extended periods of time it evidently invited an activity of flies. Outdoor insects are a fact of life and it is unfortunate but anything above the regular pro active spraying that I do is beyond my control. To future guests, I take extreme pride in the care and upkeep of the cottage as noted by all other guests in prior reviews but I feel her review was in retaliation for the charges I submitted to her and she refused to pay for the damage done by her dogs. Prior to submitting the charges she sent me multiple texts during her stay and left a note praising and complimenting the cottage.
