Majestically situated right along the lakefront, this premier property will provide you with long lasting vacation memories.

Enjoy star gazing and amazing views from the many decks or leave your stress behind while relaxing in the bubbling outdoor hot tub overlooking Deep Creek Lake.

The spacious open living area offers many hours of family enjoyment to create those special memories. A cathedral ceiling with tall windows to match gives nearly every seat a breathtaking lake view. This home also boasts two native stone fireplaces for those cooler, crisp nights.

For added entertainment, escape to the bonus billiards room for a friendly game of pool or play a friendly game of volleyball on our sand volleyball court in the front yard. While outdoors, you just might catch a glimpse of the natural wildlife and our local inhabitants.

Eagles Landing is located on a quiet cove with great fishing and swimming and a favorite to many guests. The serenity is timeless here and we promise there is something for everyone at Eagles Landing.

Great house, great location

The house is great - happy to see the updates that aren’t reflected in the photos. Plenty of space and lots to do. The location is amazing, right on the water, private lake access, and it’s tucked in so it’s quiet and relaxing. Definitely going back again!

Beautiful Area

Very nice, a bathroom for every guest. A nice room for all of us to have. Loved how close to the water we were, with such a short walk. It would be wonderful to go again in the summer months. Would love to take our kayaks out. Pool table is also a plus. My kids are all in their 20s and my Mom is 70, we found a good spot for all of us.

Beautiful view and nice size

House was definitely as described. View of lake is beautiful but unfortunately rained on and off for most of our visit. The hot tub got lots of use anyway! Layout worked well with adult children and was definitely dog friendly. Only downsides were the drivetime to Wisp was longer than expected, the ice maker did not work and dishwasher doesn't do a great job. Otherwise my family thoroughly enjoyed their stay!

wonderful peaceful getaway

Eagle's landing was just what we were looking for! Tucked into a quiet section of Deep Creek Lake, we were able to enjoy the lovely vistas from the house and also while enjoying the fire pit ang hot tub. Everything in the house was well maintained, and it is stacked with an entire game closet. The tea kettle was broken and will need to be replaced but that was the only small incovenience we discovered. The house is nestled 15 minutes from wisp and surrounded by many national parks to explore. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Wonderful stay!

We were pleasantly surprised to find some updates from the advertised photos. The home was clean and fit our needs well. Unfortunately, our weather was a bit cool but we throughly enjoyed the fire pit area (we spent many hours around it). No TV in the common area inside but it was NOT missed at all! I don’t even think the bedroom TVs were used! We have some awesome drone picks of our stay too! This was probably our 4th stay at DC but our first lake front. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location but needs upgrade

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location in cove near dam away from lake congestion. Would rent again however house needs upgrade and good cleaning, maybe that is why it is not available next summer. Cleaning service was still there at 5:00pm. Outside needs a good powerwash, bugs and cobwebs everywhere. Sofa worn out and cushions torn. Rear deck is going to need to be replaced as are steps to dock.. With some repair and cleaning this is an excellent rental for price.

Great location, not the cleanest

The location of this property is great. No neighbors in sight, great lake access, beautiful fire pit area. However, there is definitely NO volleyball court. We saw a patch of dirt and a ripped net, but no sand on the ground definitely wasn't clear enough to muddle through a game. Not a big deal for us, but fyi to those that might be excited about it. The house itself was big enough for our crowd and the kitchen was very well equipped. Our biggest problem was the cleanliness. Spiderwebs all over the windows, which obstructed the beautiful view. The rest of the house was dusty, but generally ok, but the bathrooms were really gross. One smelled strongly of urine and when we tried to remove the bathmat, it literally STUCK TO THE FLOOR. If it weren't for that, we would've given the house a much higher rating.

Highland Retreat

We had to change our house at the last minute because the owners were doing construction our other place Highland retreat was very nice however please fix the dishwasher door and more kitchens towels.

Perfect house for larger groups!

We had a great time with six adults and seven kids! The view from the upper living room is breathtaking at any time of the day, and adults appreciated the downstairs recreational room for the kids to hang out. Bedrooms worked very well too! Hot tub, laundry machine, and wood burning fire place are great features to enhance the vacation! The kitchen is very well equipped for a vacation rental! The only thing I would like to suggest is a new sofa for the upstairs living room, if possible with more seating capacity!

Wonderful family getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved every single thing about Eagle’s Landing! The house itself could not have been more beautiful, comfortable, or perfect for our multi-family vacation! We loved the beautiful master bed/bath, the spacious open living/dining area, and of course, the outdoor space was incredible! The location was perfect, on the quieter side of the lake. We got in so much good tubing with surprisingly little boat traffic, but were close enough to everything that restaurants, shopping, and ice cream were just a short boat ride away. Being able to have our dogs on vacation with us was the icing on the cake. Overall, this House was perfect!

quiet setting and can't beat the view and access to the lake

Reviewer Comments: 8 years coming to DCL and we've stayed at Eagles Landing 5 times. quiet inlet off the main lake area for kayaking, floating on rafts, swimming but can ski from the dock too if you choose. Can't beat the lake access/view - just a few steps away. The interior has changed a bit with more beds and granite counter tops. Looks like they've tried to fix the musty smell in the basement by putting in a possible French drain? The deck/porch out front is new as well as shrubbery close to house. Furniture could use updating. Weather didn't cooperate and we didn't want to load the boat in rain/thunderstorms and drive home in it so we packed up Thursday. In between the rain, we still had a fantastic vacation! LOVE DCL! Fall and winter weekend trips have been awesome as well!

A Weekend at Eagle's Landing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property with a wonderful view was, on arrival, found to be very dirty (not swept, dirty dishes in the cupboards, a dirty sock from a previous renter in plain view on the floor, long black hairs in the shower and tub, etc.) This affected how we felt with regard to the condition in general of the rental. It is very shabby-many things in disrepair. The updated kitchen is a step in the right direction but one shower was not functioning properly and the sofa was loosing it's stuffing. Also FYI-there is only one ensuite, the other baths are adjacent to the bedrooms and the powder room is in the upstairs bedroom. This was not made clear in the description of the property. We do not recommend this home.

Birthday Weekend at Eagle's Landing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was absolutely beautiful. It snowed about 8" the night before we arrived, leaving us with a pristine view of the lake all weekend long. The house easily accommodates the 14 people listed with everyone being plenty comfortable. The hot tub and pool tables are a great option to have to keep yourself and your guests entertained. Overall, I would happily visit again or recommend to anyone.

A relaxing weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the location was great, the home large and accommodated our 8 adults 2 kids and 2 dogs. The view is fantastic and the secluded area was a great place to casually walk. We visited the nearby water falls which were beautiful. Not a major issue, but the home is in need of some updating and furniture repair, but it was not a major issue. HOt tube is a two person size. Porch swing was perfect. We would rent it again.

Reviewer Comments: For the second year, two families gather for a few days between Christmas and New Years for fun and filling each other in on the happenings of the previous year. For this reason, it is always a fun and rewarding experience. This year, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of Eagles Landing. The bathrooms, in particular, were not very clean. Throughout the house, it was obvious that the cleaning crew had given it the once over, but there were cob webs and dust in may, many places. The weather was very cold and snowy during our stay, so we spent most of our time in the house. On our departure day, we received 6+ inches of snow. This was problematic since the driveway is very steep up to the main road. A plow did come before we departed, which helped. But it was a challenge getting up and out of the property. One final note: The view of the lake from the great room is fantastic! The sunsets were beautiful. I think this would be a better choice in the summertime.

Awesome white Christmas at Eagle’s landing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful Christmas at Deepcreek. This house was nice and clean and full of amenities. His is an awesome isize house for a family of 14. It was 12 of use and we still had Plenty a room. The only problem we had was the pre-lit Christmas tree that we ordered. It only had lights on the bottom part of the tree. We called the office and they sent someone out to fix it but the guy only put colored lights on the top part of the tree and left the bottom part with no lights. I contacted the office again an they s JR someone to Lowe’s to purchase another pre-lit tree. While staying in the home The carbon dioxide detector went off we had to call the fire department. They could not find anything wrong they suggest that the carbon dioxide to be removed from the outlet over the heat vent and placed elsewhere. The house is in need of a new sofa it has holes in it. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable it has a slight at the top.

Love this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this place and have now stayed there at least 4 times. The kitchen had an nice upgrade but now it's time to upgrade the carpets, bedding & furniture. Love the addition of the pyramid bunks and redo of the attic/rec room. This location is quiet & out of way an we love the path to the dam. Love - love - love - would still stay there but the upgrades are needed as well as rethinking the cleaning company. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great. The only issue we really had was on the check in process. I was emailed a four digit code that did not work to enter the house. We did not have cell phone service and calling to retrieve another code wasn't easy under the circumstances. I would suggest double checking codes being emailed to customers and making sure they will work as planned. I was told the problem was that the code needed to be 6 numbers and my email clearly stated the code as being 4 numbers. Small issue that was corrected. Not a huge deal but it could have been even easier. Thanks for everything!

A few bumps along the way

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we enjoyed our time at Eagle's Landing, there were some definite issues with the property. It seemed like the property was not fully in order for our stay. When we arrived, the floor and furniture in the great room and several other rooms were covered in a thick film of dust. Since we arrived in the late afternoon, we didn't realize the condition of the house until the next day when we all woke up feeling congested and saw the house in daylight. We called Taylor-Made and they sent someone out right away, who told us it was drywall dust from work done on the house. While she did a nice job cleaning the areas we specifically pointed out, the house still felt overall dusty and some of us had lingering allergies for the remainder of our stay. The next day the dishwasher leaked all over the floor and we again had to call Taylor-Made and sit around while a repairman was there for two hours (we had our dogs with us and so did not want to leave since they would bark from their crates.) Then, the shower in the master bath wouldn't work, so we went in the access panel and figured out that the water wasn't turned on. It kind of felt like we were dealing with one thing after another, which is not ideal on vacation. Also, the pillows were all in quite poor condition to the point that I ended up going out to buy new pillows. All that aside, the house is comfortable and the view is lovely.
