Apologies re the rubbish bin and yes we did find a bit of mould on a curtain thankyou for pointing that out - it has been remedied -apart from that I can assure you the place was well cleaned and there has not been a dog in the accomodation for many months . My husband had just lost his father and although we were going through this bereavement we kept the accomodation open so you could enjoy your holiday I hope you find a happier heart next holiday so you can enjoy your next break without spending it picking the accomodation to bits

What a rude customer . We bent over backwards trying to make them comfortable . We offered them a different room when they were unhappy about no tv in the one they booked . They accepted our offer . I sat with Debbie for a while outside the room and had a pleasant chat and said to sing out if there is anything they need . That evening they packed up and left without saying a word . They left the room untidy and had walked chicken poo through the unit on our brand new carpet . Very disappointing . We are very approachable yet they said nothing . The comment our grounds are shabby has to be some sort of joke we work full time maintaining our grounds , maybe they just dont understand living in the country - I guess if they had poked around they may have found a vegie garden that needs attention thats all I can think of . Maybe we should of been suspicious when they wanted to by pass the booking agents and pay us directly . I would NOT recommend these rude people to other businesses
