It is located in the community of Sanders Island View and is a short walk to the water’s edge where you will find a sandy beach, a boat ramp and a dock. Standing there on the beach you can view two of Lake Texoma’s island - a popular place for boater.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath (and loft the 4th bedroom) three story lake house sleeps 12 people confortably. There is a loft with bunk beds/trundle for the kids, 3 bedrooms with 1 King bed and 2 queen beds, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. There is also 2 full bathroom with tubs and shower combination. A full kitchen with all the amenities - Enjoy your coffee in the morning on the west deck where you can spot wildlife in the neighboring trees and in the afternoon lounge on the large east deck where there is plenty of shade and room to relax to watch the activity on the lake.
Located on a corner ½ acres lot, a circle drive gives you plenty of parking and room to maneuver a trailer. The outdoor space has a fenced yard and a gas grill for your outdoor cooking. The bottom level also has a 10x8 Safe Room for those occasional Oklahoma storms!
