Stayed at property from March 14-21st.Want to let textile know that working with the property manager was good, responded to all of or calls.Unfortunately the condo is tired and needs a lot of updates.The kitchen needs to updated.Condo needs to be painted.Mattress in 2nd bedroom off to the right of the front door needed to be replaced.Also, this condo is on the first floor, we could hear the people above us when we’re in the condo, a little load.For the value it was not bad, but the Condo needs some TLC.

Nice place in terms of location and being at PGA West but I wasn’t aware that it was bottom unit with another condo on top. We could hear the people above walking, talking, and using the bathroom plus the pipes are really loud when using showers and toilets. The master bed was ok, not great in terms of comfort… lots of sharp corners on the bed frame too. I kicked it and had a huge bruise on my shin for a week. Sorry I couldn’t give a better review but I have to be honest.

Loved sitting on the patio on the golf course. The sunsets were beautiful. We even ate a delicious grapefruit off the tree by the patio!

Great location. Located on the 5th Tee of Nicklaus Tournament course, with views of the mountains. Enjoyed watching the sunrise. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for us. Patio on the 5th tee box. Stocked up on supplies before getting there never had to leave. Good jacuzzi. Good neighbors.

Great place to stay in La Quinta

We enjoyed our stay. This condo has everything you need. Very clean, nicely decorated, quiet, pretty views outside of the living room of the golf course and the hills. The patio is an added bonus to enjoy. Check in was easy. I felt the owner and property manager were there for us if we needed anything. I recommend this condo. Location in the PGA West is fantastic.

First time in beautiful Palm Springs was everything I imagined. If you love golf and tennis as much as me ....... this is the place to go ! Just make sure when you rent your car have it picked out and reserved in advance to avoid long lines.

Very clean and comfortable.

The unit was a perfect size for me to get away for a few days. Very clean, with details about the local area, shopping/restaurants/sightseeing opportunities, and a lovely welcome basket including a nice bottle of wine. I have stayed in the PGA West complex many times over the years, it is beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed my stay. The property manager was personable and helpful.

Spring get away

We enjoyed our stay. I would say it was not easy to turn on the TV. We had to go through the steps several times so it was a little frustrating. Our property manager Dwight was excellent even coming over at 9PM to help with the smoke alarm that was beeping. Thanks again Dwight!

Love staying at PGA West

Communication was great before and during the stay at the condo. We had an issue with no hot water one morning and that was look at quickly and no issues after that. The condo was clean and was what I was expecting. The community pools where just starting to get running when we arrived (mid October) and went to one within a couple of blocks as the one next door was closed. Great location and always love staying in PGA West.

Very clean and comfortable

This unit was a perfect size for me to get away for a few days. It was very clean, and had a lovely welcome basket including a nice bottle of wine. They also provided local information on shopping/restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. The property manager was very polite and helpful. I have stayed in the PGA West complex many times over the years. It is very beautiful, and relaxing. I enjoyed my stay.

Overflow for family holiday gathering

This was very adequate for the people who couldn’t fit at our nearby home. We didn’t prepare any meals here so can’t comment on the kitchen. Would really prefer that rentals do not use plug in air “fresheners”. The smell is too strong and permeates everything. I had to move this one outside for the time we were there and open all the windows and it was still overpowering.

Return to PGA West

Overall, the property was very nice. There are however a few things that need to be addressed for future renters. The microwave oven door was severely cracked making it a potential safety hazard. The glass panel on the door is spotted with what appears to be grease splatters from prior users. Both conditions were reported to the property manager. The light above the stove did not work. One of the kitchen ceiling light fixtures was missing and one of the bulbs appears to be burnt out. This too was reported to the property manager. The chairs around the dining area table were in some cases extremely worn. One of the lights in the ceiling fixture also was burnt out. There were other light bulbs that were either missing or burnt out in the master bathroom. We've rented a number of times in PGA West. This unit did not meet the conditions of prior rentals. It did not prevent us from enjoying our visit however.
