Photos don't do this property justice. This unit overlooks the Ocean, Cuale River, Downtown, and mountains. Molino de Agua is located in one of the most desirable areas and is the only 5-star condominium in Puerto Vallarta in the historic Zona Romantica area. This 3/3 full bath Condo features two wonderful master suites each with King Size beds and beautiful bathrooms, and one spacious bedroom with a Queen Size bed and access to its full bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The main master bedroom features a stunning Jacuzzi with a private terrace. The living room has state of the art Entertainment Sonos & Sony 75", KiwiSat, AppleTV, XBox 360 One, and Amazon Echo (Alexa), every bedroom has 32" HDTVs with cable. This fabulous Condo features a modern gourmet kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The condo offers everything for your entertaining and dining pleasure. The dining room and living area are surrounded by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls, where you can enjoy the fresh ocean air and view the Downtown Puerto Vallarta and mountains. There are marble floors throughout, which highlight the exquisite colors and comfort in all the furniture. This condo also features wonderful spacious terraces where you can appreciate and admire the different views of the Banderas Bay, Cuale River, city lights with magnificent Cathedral, and mountain views. The views are incredible by day and even more so by night! The terraces include beautiful outdoor furniture and are the perfect place for a coffee in the morning, relaxing in the sun during the day, and cocktails and dinner at night.

This magnificent condo offers an in-unit full laundry room and electric gates available 24 hours a day. It also offers security and a private covered parking space. Lush tropical gardens and direct access to Los Muertos Beach and The Malecon surround a wonderful heated swimming pool. The best restaurants, galleries, shops, and clubs Puerto Vallarta offers are just steps away.

Host was very nice. Only a few items that were not quite perfect. The safes were not working, the TV was broken in the 2nd bedroom. They took action and fixed the safe but TV was not remedied.Otherwise the view and patio was magnificent, the furniture and Art work were great. What a great unit.The pool and swim up bar was awesome! Great food and drinks.

Perfect Condo with the Perfect Location!

The condo beautiful, well stocked, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The upkeep on this property is outstanding (thank you Patty and Mario). The view from the sprawling terrace is magnificient and the location provides easy access to all the best restaurants and shopping in PVR. We can't wait to come back and stay at here again!

Perfect Vacation

This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location. The condo is beyond luxurious with everything a family could want and everything is within walking distance in downtown Puerto Vallarta. No problems with check in and the property manager is very responsive if you need anything during you stay. We definitely would rent here again.

Outstanding unit in Molino de Agua

We have stayed at Molino de Agua several times and this unit exceeded all of our criteria in a vacation rental. The owners provided a comprehensive instructions on use of the unit, and Alicia the property manager was very helpful as well. For our future bi-annual visits to Puerto Vallarta, this condo will always be our first choice.

Best Condo in PV

Awesome view! You will be blown away when you first walk in and see it. Very comfortable home with all amenities. Great communication with owner and local property manager. Downtown location couldn’t be better. Description and pictures are accurate, but the real thing is better. No way could anyone be disappointed with this property.

Best location in PV

We’ve stayed in the complex several times before and we I’ll return again, as it’s the best location to stay in Puerto Vallarta. This unit was very clean and well equipped, all we needed to do was buy groceries. There are 3 bedrooms and all have attached bathrooms. Two rooms have king beds and the third room was a queen. This was an ideal scenario for our group. Highly recommend this place.

Outstanding Property

We have rented 5 star properties around the world but this 10th floor beauty surpasses them all. With over 3000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living, you overlook the bay from Tower 3, enjoying the natural scenery, whales and fireworks. When you arrive you feel you're coming home, as the condo is beautifully furnished and decorated, and outfitted with everything from soaps and shampoos to food condiments, cooking supplies and a state of the art TV and sound system. A shoutout to Paty, who does a wonderful job cleaning twice a week.

Impeccable

This is our favorite place to stay in PV. It has everything anyone could need and more. The hosts are lovely human beings and the management team is fast and friendly. Even though we arrived just after a hurricane, the hosts made sure everything went well in every way possible. We cannot thank them enough. We will ALWAYS want to stay in this unit. Amazing stay and amazing property!

Our family enjoyed our summer vacation at this beautiful condo. My husband and I had been to PV 3 times prior and had always admired Molina de Agua as we strolled by. We decided to take our kids there (ages 21, 19 and 17) and they enjoyed every minute. The condo is absolutely beautiful and spacious for our group. We enjoyed sitting out on the extensive patio and watching the waves roll in and the action on the Malecon. The pool was wonderful and helped us cool off on the hot afternoons. Security is top notch and everyone at the complex is extremely friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Molina de Agua again in the future!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was wonderful furnished very nice beds comfortable and nice liens. The only problem was Hurricane Lidia hit. Our condo had a small amount of damage some not so lucky. We did loose power during the storms but they have generators to keep elevators moving. When on the 10th floor that is important.

Paradise in PV at Molino De Agua

Our three week stay at this PV Paradise truly is the best of the best and was beyond spectacular from the moment we arrived. The accommodations are so comfortable and relaxing, the kitchen and the condo are extremely well stocked. We enjoyed morning coffee and tea on the terrace listening to the waves and spent many nights dining on the terrace listening to lovely music from the Sonos system watching the fireworks from the outdoor dining table. The location on the Malecon allows for enjoyable long walks and is very close to all the great restaurants. The Owners, Management Team and cleaning staff were readily available to assist with any questions we had and took very good care of us. We will definitely be returning. Greg and Ben truly have a wonderful home in PV and we can’t thank them enough for sharing it with us.

Spacious condo with amazing views and great location

If you are looking to enjoy the romantic zone and el centro but also want some peace and quiet, there is no better condo or complex than Molina de Agua. The views are some of the best in all of Puerto Vallarta, and the outdoor living is unrivaled. The complex has direct access to the malecon so you easily can reach all the restaurants and bars of the romantic zone and el centro. And yet, being on the edge of the River Cuale, the Molina de Agua itself is very quiet and perfect for relaxing either on the spacious patio that seems to stretch fully inside the unit or by the pool. There is drink and food service poolside that we used often. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare full-course meals, and all the furnishings are high quality. We have stayed in many places in Puerto Vallarta, and this one is certainly our favorite overall. We definitely plan to return.

Best family Christmas ever

We just wanted to give a huge thank you to Ben and Greg for sharing your amazing condo with us over Christmas. Your unit is fabulous and had everything we needed and more. We brought our 4 grown children, spouses and two grandchildren to experience our first family Xmas away from home. Needless to say it was a huge success. We all enjoyed the heat, the sun and the best pool. Our grandchildren ages 6+7 had so much fun swimming up to the pool restaurant and ordering drinks and food. So independent. The location couldn’t be better. Everyone agreed that we must do this again. Thank you again Ben and Greg for being so sweet and making our holiday so terrific. We will be back. We would definitely recommend this suite and this building to anyone wanting a special holiday. We have been coming to PV for the past 6 years but this was the by far the best accommodation, tastefully done and homey. All the staff were great too and patient with our beginner Spanish. Our stay was perfect, no issues at all. Check in was smooth & easy. Great location, everything is in walking distance, condo is spacious, modern, very clean, everything works, the balcony is nice - such a great view. Fabulous Property

This is by far the best property in Puerto Vallarta. The location, security, size and cleanliness is outstanding. This condominium had all the amenities of home and was beautifully decorated. The communication with the owners was easy. We would highly recommend this property and are looking forward to rebooking for next year.

It’s all about the B’s... 2 Balconies, our Big Built Bar-B-Q, Being on the Beach, the Bedazzling Pirate ship fireworks each night, the Boats on the Bay, and more. -What else? Our great manager, Alicia, takes care of our guests: the warm touches of Mexican decor, lots of seating in every space, and conveniences like condiments and spices in the kitchen, high-end appliances, and extra glasses while enjoying the gourmet kitchen. We have tons of towels and beach towels, so you don't have to pack them. This condo is especially suitable for a family, all generations, a couple of couples, a romantic getaway, and more. Minimum rental is one week.
