Units 6 - 12 sit above the tree line and allow guests a 240-degree view of the ocean. The unique retractable sliding wall of 7D offers the perfect indoor-outdoor experience.

Every inch of this home has been well thought out and designed for the ultimate getaway. We hired one of Puerto Vallarta's leading designers, and she has commissioned handmade furniture throughout the unit.

Necessary Additional Fees: Upon arrival, the building's HOA manager will collect a $25 per-night amenity fee (e.g., 3 nights is $25 x 3 = $75.00). This fee supports building costs and cannot be waived by the owner. Many HOA-managed luxury buildings in Puerto Vallarta have implemented similar fees.
