Wonderful Springs 7 Villa Overlooking Park & Pool

This lovingly cared for villa backs onto a private park with pool, basketball court, childrens' play area and outdoor gym. The villa itself has a garden with BBQ, teak outdoor furniture for 6 guests, all shaded by an extravagant bougainvillea tree bursting with colour. The property is a 10 minute drive from the beach, a 2 minute walk from the brand new Springs Souk shopping mall which boasts a large supermarket and high end outlets such as Marks & Spencer and Carluccio's restaurant.

The Springs 7 park is the largest of all the parks in the Springs and having been recently rebuilt the pool is also reckoned to be the best in the area. Children will love the kids' play area, basketball court and even the outdoor keep fit equipment.

The views from the villa over the leafy park are a treat to behold and if you prefer to chill in your own garden the hammock and reclining wooden furniture will provide the perfect spot while you tend to dinner on the brand new gas BBQ.

The sleeping arrangements are one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and king size bed ( 180cms wide ) overlooking the park, a second bedroom with queen size bed ( 160cms wide ), a children's room with 2 bunk beds ( 90cms wide each ) and a 4th bedroom / playroom with a very comfortable medium size double sofa bed ( 140 cms wide ) and terrace overlooking the garden and park beyond.

There are 2 bathrooms on the upper floor, and one downstairs. The sitting room on the ground floor offers seating for 7 people, the dining table caters for 6 or 8 when extended. All rooms are fitted with individually controlled AC units, and there are 2 Wifi routers for coverage throughout the villa.

The 42 inch TV is connected to 2 JBL speakers, so bring your music or movies on a USB stick or MP3 player to enjoy a quality audio experience. Minijack and HDMI 1 cables will be provided to connect you laptop or MP3 player to the TV & speakers. There is no CD or DVD video player. The pool is open from 7.30am to 10.30pm, with a lifeguard on duty all day, the water being cooled or heated to maintain an inviting 30 degrees centigrade all year round.

The Springs is a gated community with 24-hour security for peace of mind as the kids go wild in the park. The value of having the new mall so near can not be overstated, this is rare in Dubai and to be able to pop over to the shops on foot for those last minute provisions is a real luxury.
The villa offers covered parking for one large vehicle and a second car can be parked 10 meters away.

The kitchen is well appointed with a wide range of utensils for the keen chef, a 4-slot Russel Hobbs toaster, plunge-filter coffee maker, new and giant Samsung fridge freezer, washing and drying machines, food processor and chilled water dispenser. The large 5-hob gas oven is also new and includes a fail-safe cut-off device should the gas not be ignited.
The kitchen also has a microwave oven, ample plates and cutlery as well as a full set of non-stick saucepans etc

Guests will have access to the entire villa, there will be just one cupboard locked for our possessions.

As your host I will be online permanently to clarify any doubts you might have via Whatsapp . In the unlikely event of some minor maintenance matter arising I will send around a handyman immediately.
